I am convinced that the good reviews here are either fake or sponsored because there is nothing great about this place except the nice vet tech Megan and Dr. Alison J Kutska who were both very friendly and thorough at my first visit. During my follow up visit i had the unfortunate luck to be seen by a different vet tech and vet - Jessica and Dr. Stephanie Lokken. Don't even get me started on the receptionist. Dr. Lokken was nice but there was nothing thorough about her care. I got a call the next day (Tuesday) with my pet's test results and the receptionist kept putting me on hold for every question I asked. I don't understand how Banfield is such a huge company with hundreds of locations but you can't send my prescription to a location that is near me. This location is closed on Wednesdays and the receptionist told me I didn't have to pick up the meds that day (Tuesday) HELLO! YOU ARE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS! Sooo you want me to sit at home for a couple days and do nothing while my pet is ill?!!? You must not own any pets. When I finally got there that same day, I asked for a copy of my pet's test results and had to wait because they weren't even in their system yet. HOW!?!? But the worst part of all was that when I was waiting I was clearly UPSET AND WORRIED and Dr. Lokken SAW ME STANDING THERE AND DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO ASK ME HOW MY PET WAS AFTER RECEIVING THE RESULTS OR IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. I had to rely on google and other vets to get answers to my questions. Megan and Dr. Alison J Kutska you gals deserve better.

I love Banfield, they care about your fur baby, they treat you, and them with kindness. Great and efficient service. Awesome team! Very clean, I have been going to Banfield for about a year, my first fur baby passed back in November of 2023, and I felt such warmth from Banfields team, they sent me such a beautiful card of condolences, they made a difficult time a little more tolerable. So it was an easy choice for me to return.

Have been going here for several years. The vets have been great with both my 19 year old cat and 10 year old dog. Were part of the wellness plan and cant describe how awesome its been. They're very accommadating. Unfortunately having a senior cat there bound to be health issues. But we're always able to get her in, checked that's she okay. And not be thrown crazy bills. My dog has been monitored by them for her heart murmer, not just taking preventative measures but teaching us how to monitor at home. The staff and vets are friendly and truly care about our animals. Plus I feel like I'm always calling for my cat these days and they're incredibly patient.
