Very deceitful practices by the woman that works there and her deceitful practices were backed by the owner. Per the owner, he can't afford to honor returns within 10 days despite the Boost Mobile return policy on the website. Better to go with any other company. Charge a restocking fee like most. Also, the woman lacks skills in placing screen protectors. She's as faulty as the service she provides.

Very nice and smart young lady at front desk. But boost mobile charged me $25 to turn my phone on when I was on the government plan for free!! Never should have been cut off at all from either entity! So I went with SafeLink Free plan.. I'll give them a try...
