Had a horrible experience using these movers in 2022. They showed up late and one at a time. I also don’t recommend them
If you are a woman living alone as they made me and my friend super uncomfortable. They needed to break down my bed frame to pack it in the truck however they didn’t keep the screws and I found them thrown about in my stairwell. I grabbed a few which did help but ultimately had to get a new bed frame because of their carelessness. They took an extremely long time to get to the second destination and I was paying by the hour. Then when it was time to unload they asked me where I wanted my furniture to go and when I would tell them, they would put it somewhere else. Then after the move they asked about a tip even after the bad service. Not worth it try somewhere else.

I recently hired Dels Movers for my move across town, and I’m so glad I did. Moving can be such a hassle, but this company made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. No issues with sending my building their insurances, and also setting up permits to make sure the move was smooth sailing.
From the moment I contacted them for a quote, I knew I was dealing with a top-notch company. Their customer service team was friendly, responsive, and transparent. They provided me with a clear estimate and walked me through every step of the process. I felt confident that I was in good hands from the beginning.
On moving day, the team arrived right on time with all the necessary equipment and supplies. They introduced themselves, walked through my home with me, and immediately got to work. The movers were polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. They carefully wrapped my furniture and fragile items, ensuring everything was secure for the trip. I was particularly impressed with how they handled my large items, like my couch and dining table. They moved everything with ease and took extra care not to scratch walls or floors.

We had a great experience with Del's movers. The company was great with customer service. We had my move set up with no problem once I called. They were incredibly flexible when we needed to move the date due to a few issues on our end. They were clear with cost up front and the movers were the best part. They wrapped everything incredibly well, did an excellent job in normal circumstances...but it was 95 degrees and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work. I was stressed out about moving and they made it a lot easier for us.

Excellent moving company I would recommend these guys for anyone looking to move their business in Illinois. We had many very heavy items and Del's wasn't scared to take on the job when many other moving companies wouldn't even come out and give us a quote Del's helped us the whole way thanks guys!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE! I will never use this company to move anything for me! They gave me a three hour delivery window and DID NOT SHOW UP during those three hours! After calling several different numbers, NO ONE ANSWRED! I received a call about an hour after the delivery window closed saying they were 10 minutes away and it still took the delivery person 40 minutes to arrive. Nasty people and attitudes! Once again, I highly DO NOT Recommend!

Today I had two representatives from Del Movers come to my condo to assist with moving my things out and into a storage unit. I’ve used these guys before and they were awesome.
Mario and Danny were the miracle workers they sent to me today. Besides being professional, careful and thoughtful with my items, they worked tirelessly to make everything fit in my storage.
I’ve been through a lot lately and just needed something to go my way and Del Movers sent me two knights in shinning armor today. Thank you Danny and Mario - the Tetris miracle workers.
Let me mention Alex too, who continually tried to contact me to confirm, and never gave up when I failed to answer my phone.
I will religiously use this fantastic company again.
Thank you so so much for giving me a bit of hope.

It was a great value for helpful and professional movers! These guys have it down to a science! It was thoroughly impressed with the speedy process and communication with me throughout the process. Moving from our 2 bedroom apartment to our 3 story home. They wanted to help me with this as much as possible and it showed!I would highly recommend this team! Tim, Martin and Danny were fantastic! Giving their number to all my family and friends!

It took a lot for me to write a negative review. I really wanted Del's to redeem themselves after my review posted on April 10, 2023. Unfortunately, they continue to make false promises and ignore my pleas to resolve this matter. I spoke with Alex last week and he assured me he'd get right back to me with another opportunity to come to the warehouse and look for our missing belongings and once again he ghosted me. Still looking for our things and/or some type of settlement or at the very least communication....basic human decency.

All around great experience with Del's after my daughter's original moving company cancelled 24 hours before her scheduled move-out. Del's scheduled her move with less than 24 hours notice and on a Sunday, even though it was a Chicago move and they are located in the suburbs. The moving crew was great: efficient, professional, careful and friendly. Highly recommend.
