She's extremely knowledgable, she's a problem solver and she is so easy going. Floor and Decor is lucky to have her!

After my experience with this location
They policy is u can return to any store they make huge problem to refund damage tiles we have to go return to store we buy, even people from other store was complaining about this store saing many people was complaining too..They very ruth people workings there dont know nothing!!!
NOT TRAIN.

Don’t trust what their employees say, they don’t know anything about the products.
On the recommendation of two employees who assured me that I could cut the Schluter Ditra Heat Coil if it was too long, I bought the longer product. Turns out you cannot cut this product, which I learned when my contractor tried to install the longer product and it was too long.
I purchased the shorter cable somewhere else, it is installed and I have wonderful heated floors, but I have this $410 cable that I wanted to return. But, the boxes were mixed up and, because of that, Manager Joe wouldn’t accept the return.
I guess it’s Manager Joe’s discretion for whether they could verify the length of the product, as it was only the length in question. It seemed easy enough to do but Manager Joe acted like measuring something in a literal construction supply store was ludicrous.
Anyway, I learned a $410 lesson that their store workers don’t know anything. ✨

The material is fine, the manager is a complete clown. I will never go back. Spend close to 1000 dollars and then go to return one bag of generic tile mortor. The guy says no it's been more than 90 days. I understand if it's a discontinued item but they probably have 500 bags of this in stock. Go somewhere else where they appreciate your business.

A few weeks ago, I purchased floor and wall tiles from the Countryside store. I wish to thank Mike and D.J. for their expertise in walking me thru every step needed for a beautiful remodel in our bathroom. They had the knowledge I needed to make a good decision with my project. I stayed within my budget and finally got quality product and service. I wish to bring my experience to the management of this store. Mike and D.J.were true professionals and patient.
