I’ve been going here for a few years and loved getting my haircut by Kristin. Always a good haircut, exactly what I asked for, and always provided a friendly experience (my stars are for you Kristin). The last 3x I’ve gone in she wasn’t there so I decided to give other people a shot. First person was fine (don’t remember her name, sorry). The last 2x I’ve gone though, not a great experience. The stylist didn’t talk to me at all (and I’m not a very talkative person to begin with, I just think it’s respectful to introduce yourself and build rapport with your client), had to ask for their names. Both times they cut over twice as much than I asked for (even visually showed prior to the haircut) and it was choppy. Kind of sad b/c this has been my place for a few years and obviously super reasonable prices, but I think it’s time for me to find a new salon 😢

This place REFUSED to cut my hair!!! The woman was obstinate, ornery, unrelenting and absolutely refused to touch my head. After I had waited and was already in the chair. She tore away the cape and told me to go to a barber. My hair was matted in the back from an extended illness and bed rest. It would have been very easy to cut the matted part off from behind. So easy that I did it myself back at home with blunt-point child's scissors. I trimmed up the rest of my head with scissors and a beard trimmer. Actually doesn't look that bad.
I also saw this woman's previous senior client on her way out and thought then that her cut looked TERRIBLE! Worse than what I did myself. So ... this place may have cheap prices but this is what you get.

Witnessed the 2 stylist being very rude to disabled clients . They were calling them those people and being very dismissive. Disabled people are people to and deserve quality service

I’ve given Great Clips a few chances, but each time my experience has been disappointing. If you're looking for a professional haircut, I'd recommend going elsewhere. Despite requesting a specific haircut for an important job interview, I was left with a style that looked unkempt and sloppy. To make matters worse, they charged me for a redo and didn’t acknowledge the poor quality of the initial cut. Overall, I wasn’t impressed, and I won’t be returning.

$20 for kids haircut and $25 for adults. And this is before tax and tips. You are looking at atkeast a $30 haircut here.
Very expensive.
We had a coupon for $4 from another great clips that they did not take.
A better way to do business would be to take the coupon and give a haircut for $4 less and earn a customer.
So we got a clipper for the price of one haircut, watched YouTube videos, and got a decent haircut… not going back.

Senior Hair cut costs $18 in Westchester,
Countryside charges $20. Strange!!
Also if they do a mistake, they can’t refund a visa charge

It's a great place to go if you want to be ignored and left standing there awkwardly without being checked in. Also taking people that came in after you while saying oh you're just a walk in. Not my first time there but definitely my last. Very unprofessional.
