Very disappointed with Kyle at this branch. I called about a loan and gave me a way better deal over the phone. I go in gave him all the information needed. Received an email saying congratulations I was approved for a loan. Higher then I was paying at the dealer and much higher that I was given over the phone. Maybe they ahould not saying anything until they know for sure. I feel I shoukd i stilll be honored the rate I was told . It was not my error I was given the wrong percent. Think twice before going here for a loan. It could happen to you as well!
