I have been going here since they first opened, but now that the girl who did my nails for years is gone, I swear i have tried nearly every nail tech in the place and have yet to find anyone worth going back for. Today was my last straw for SO many reasons. I will not be going here any longer.

Wish I could remember the name of the manicurist that did my nails. He was a thin young guy w/glasses. He did a wonderful job. I look forward to returning after the remodel. The massage chair wasn't very effective, and the water was not even warm. I had to ask for hot water.

They have a lot of staff, which makes the wait time quick and convenient. My only issue is the dip didn’t last—several nails broke in less than 2 weeks, which has never happened to me before. Hopefully their dip process improves, because quality over efficiency would make a big difference.
Update 9/14** I was able book with my usual nail salon due to my thumb being in pain. My thumb has been hurting for 4 days and I really think it’s due to the tech’s drilling technique. My ask is for techs to be more aware of the pressure used during removal of dip.

The guy who did my nails was not professional and did not pay attention to what I requested.
I asked for no chip manicure and he proceeded to over-file and to cut my nails super short to the point that it hurt. He didn't asked if I wanted to cut them. The water to dip my nails in was cold not even warm. He proceeded and seemed to be in a rush. When my nails were cured he didn't even apply oil and the little massage at the end. My manicure was not relaxing nor enjoyable. And he charged me $70 for a no chip manicure, Unbelievable!!!

My sister-in-law and I got a manicure five days ago. The manicures were excellent; application of polish was not. We had Dazzle Dry manicures. The technician did not warm the base coat so it was not cloudy before applying. Despite my telling him he needed to do so, he insisted it was fine. When I shared my frustration with the manager, he also insisted it was fine. When I pressed the manager and offered to show on the Dazzle Dry website the need to warm the base coat, he acknowledged I was right and offered to redo the manicure if the polished chipped. I won’t bother going back for a reapplication or ever. Very disappointing for a spa that focuses on nails.

This place is clean and I like it! I just HATEEE how these people are chasing you down for a tip, like can I get a second to gather my things? I think it’s rude, they are literally breathing down your neck until you give them one. I will not be returning.
