Anthony and his team are awesome. They bent over backwards to try and figure out what was wrong with my car and they gave me a break on the cost because they felt bad for the inconvenience I was going through. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Make sure you book your appointment with the assumption they will be too busy during the scheduled time. They will tell you to come in 2-3 hours later. You will come in 2-3 hours later then it's suggested you come in the next day. Would not recommend.
PS - Be wary of the shiesty orange haired guy if he is at the desk.

You know this Midas used to be really great but over the last 6 months they have been frustrating. For starters every time I get an oil change they always ask if I’d like my engine air filter replaced. I decline as it’s the easiest replacement in my car. The last time they opened her up, pulled her out and asked the same question and I declined they put it back in and never closed the air filter cap. I only found out a couple months later when I went for an oil change at jiffylube and I watched them open my hood with the air filter cap open. Next, they said my brakes needed replacements as they were about to wear down. However I just got them replaced just two months prior in May. So Midas went from a group of reliable mechanics to some money hungry ones quickly. It’s frustrating and I hope they can go back to what they used to be.

I had the best interaction with the guys at Midas. They made an exception for me for the oil change appointment. Which I greatly appreciated. Had some issues with my car that needed to be repaired within the week..they got in the next day..no problem. Pat, Joaquin and Mike provided excellent customer services on the phone and in person. Even got me an excellent price for the services I received. I'll definitely be back.
