Lynn Ferguson from NSM did an amazing job delivering and assembling my son’s bed. He was kind, personable and accommodating. He did a wonderful job and completed the assembly very fast.

I called several times explaining the issues with my power chair. I have had several of this equipment in my life so I generally know what most issues are. I said the batteries are dying quickly and the castor on the right back wheel is squeaking. I was told the technician would come and assess the chair. He confirmed I needed these repairs. I was told they have the parts back in either September or October of 2023 and will be out to fix my chair. However upon repair day only the batteries were replaced and not the castor. Order was put in for a new one. I waited until after January to see about status. I was told the part was sent to the Tennessee branch. Now February 1st I was to have an appointment for repair on the 2nd and yet was called on February 1st 2024 they have no technician for my appointment on February 2nd and would need to reschedule. The next soonest appointment was on March 8th. I have not had a working chair for months and I am an amputee and have spina bifida. I got offered no loaner nor any other options for a sooner appointment unless I come into countryside Illinois from Chicago and have no transportation. This makes no sense to me. So now I attempted to go into office in countryside Illinois however Pace does not go from Chicago to countryside Illinois and I would need to transfer mind you in a broken wheelchair. This is beyond ridiculous as I did not fail to get all parts nor did I fail to get the part shipped to the correct office. Yet I am the one that is unable to go anywhere at this time as no one at national seating and mobility takes accountability. All I get is I’m sorry! Sorry? Why you can move around. This company has to few technicians and way to many orders they can handle. I will be reporting this to BBB

Absolutely horrible customer service, communication, professionalism, and knowledge.We tried to schedule an appointment for a scooter / chair fitting which was odd to us. After we provided the proper documentation which took multiple calls and discussions they wanted to schedule an appointment 2-3 months out. However, if we drove to their office in countryside, IL which is almost a 2hr drive they could help us in 6 weeks. So we scheduled a time on 12/18/23 to drive all the way down there and they called two hours before the appointment to cancel it because they were too busy. They offered to handle the appointment “virtually” which made us furious since that should have been offered as an option initially. Then we received a call 45 minutes later from another employee (Jessi) who wanted to confirm the in person appointment on 12/18/23 and we explained that Tony had just rescheduled the appointment for a virtual visit. Jessi said that virtual visits were not something they offer and we told them your are incompetent and need to get you act together. They became upset and demanded that we do not refer to them as incompetent and we simply replied “Why, because you are incompetent and you people need to communicate along with train employees better?” Then Tony asked us to take out business elsewhere which is exactly what we intend to do.These people are clowns with no idea how to deal with customers in a positive, professional, and enthusiastic manner.

I love NSM!!! I have tried other vendors in the industry and have always come back to them. My sales representative knows his wheelchairs and I trust him completely. Yes, it is hard to get someone out to me sometimes but they never leave me hanging. Chris cares and when you order equipment, he strives to make sure you get what you need.

Dan was very professional and did a great job installing our portable overhead patient lift. From the time he came out to look at my space to make recommendations and to get the product delivered was less than 30 days! Thank you for helping us provide a solution to help transfer our students more safely for both students and stafff!

From order to installation the process was fairly smooth. Installers arrived when scheduled. Installed all but the chair(wrong chair).Next day chair installed. Installer then demonstrated the use. Then we tried it to get the feel. Installer went over the features. We signed the papers and were done. Success.

Went very well! Anna and Girardo handled everything in a caring and efficient manner. Anna patiently spent a lot of time with me to be sure I could use the chairlift easily. She gave me her card so I could reach her if I had anymore concerns or questions. I think the whole experience couldn't have gone better! As a last thought I appreciated how they made sure that all the areas in which they worked was clean.

Good afternoon, I wanted to share a brief story and apologize I just noticed that when our representative Tony was able to get us our motorized scooter I thought I posted this back in June. I seen it was returned to my Gmail account so I'll do it again. We started out looking for a scooter months before and came upon national seating and mobility to do the running around and finding exactly what we needed. Tony was very resourceful and found what we needed in record time to include the model and the color my wife wanted in a three-wheel scooter. We couldn't be happier with the end result and our compliments to Tony again for making this seem effortless. We look forward to a long relationship with this company should we need anything in the future Once again thank you national City and mobility and thank you for a great job Tony!Tom & Tammey Ryan

I had a very good experience with this wheelchair clinic I mean it took 7 months from the start to actually returning to pick my custom wheelchair up my ATP Chris G was so good at letting me know everything about my wheelchair and with answering my billzillion questions……..i would totally use this clinic again for when it’s time for a new chair or just a repair

David our tech came out and was incredible. He took the time on fixing the chair and answered our questions. Knowledgeable and polite! We had issues with orders, getting a hold of the front desk, our previous techs ran out. David customer service made up for it!

Such a horrible company to deal with. Supervisor never called me as requested about an issue I've been having for 2 years!! Reps " try " to be helpful but you'll have to repeat your issue / questions a billion times. The person who delivered my sons equipment has been so bad at replying to emails or getting anything done, even though he's to blame for this 2 year long process / wait. it's sad that they are in the buisness of providing mobility equipment for those who are disabled and they take their sweet time to get anything done. My son is 29 yo w dx of Quadriplegic Spastic CP. We have repeatedly tried to get his power wheelchair fixed due to incorrect molding. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT HIS CONDITION OR HEALTH!!! 6 months trying and the tech was very unprofessional and rude. My son had scoliosis surgery and his back is starting to twist. The seat belt is in the wrong position, the back mold was not done correctly. I would not recommend using this company unless you don't care about your loved one.

I've been waiting for months for my daughter wheelchair to be fixed. I received a call from them, I returned the call the same day, I get someone else on the phone,she said I'll have the person that call you to call you back,an never got a call back.
