Sonia Garay called my father back on an escalation and didn’t have the information as to why they didn’t call him back after a month of calls, an email & a Google review. She didn’t have any information regarding his concerns until the following call. She did however make sure to ask if I used to work there or not? Not sure what the connection between that and poor member service is.

06/14/25 update: Sonia called and briefly stated she doesnt know why they didn't give me a call back when they said they would, she doesn't work in that branch. YET SHE MADE SURE TO ASK if my daughter used to be employed there. my account is now closed and I will get a $5 check in the mail. The only reason this matter was briefly addressed was due to this review.
05/10/25 opened an account and wanted to apply for a loan. They said I could not apply for a loan and the branch manager will call back during the week. It was possible my account would be forced closed. One month later, no call back, I have called twice and emailed the Regional Manager Sonia Garay - no response. I'm now begging to close this account but no one helps. Disappointed with the member experience here

I came across NuMark in purchasing a camper from a personal friend. Connected with Stacey Grdina and was immediately impressed with her efficiency, knowledge of guidelines, and creativity!
In addition to closing on the RV purchase, I've now refi'd a vehicle with her and am working on transferring a few other projects over to this group, ultimately planning to partner on some future self employment financing.
Trustworthy, smart, creative, efficient, and fast!
Fantastic folks to work with and Stacey is a rockstar!! HIGHLY recommend!!

I have been a member for over 20 years and my recent experience explains the longevity. I had recently applied for an auto loan and did not expect any return with a below average credit score. To my surprise I was approved and a week later I am in a new car. I specifically want to point out the exemplary effort of my appointed loan officer Stacey Grdina who not only was honest and genuine but AVAILABLE. Thank you Stacey and thank you NuMark for 20 years of consistency.

I’ve been doing business with NuMark Credit Union for the past few years, and despite a few hiccups along the way, they have always made me feel welcomed and ready to help where they can. The team, led by Branch Manager Amanda Feeney, has been outstanding in providing excellent customer service and support.
Over the years, I’ve refinanced two of my vehicles, opened a college fund for my 3-year-old, and have always felt confident that my accounts are in good hands. The staff is attentive, professional, and truly cares about their members' financial well-being.

What a great union! Interest rates are high but theirs were a bit more competitive, which made everything just a bit less painful. Jannet was an incredible help and truly guided me through the process. She’s constantly engaged, focused, and keeping strong contact. She called me several times, initiated support on her own, and emailed me frequently to keep me in the loop. She’s truly dedicated and supportive, and helped me get my first auto loan. Numark is lucky to have her! If you need a loan, ask for her! She’s the best! Thanks, Jannet!

I've been a loyal supporter of NuMark Credit Union since meeting them last year, and I've always been impressed by the exceptional service the branch manager and their staff provided. They're accommodating and go above and beyond to assist their customers.However, I've recently encountered significant challenges when refinancing my vehicle through NuMark. Despite numerous referrals to family and clients, I've struggled to receive the same level of assistance for my personal needs.While I understand that every situation is unique to every customer. I still find myself being a dedicated advocate for NuMark. I find it disheartening to feel overlooked in my time of need. My loyalty may not come with the largest financial investment, but it comes with a genuine desire to support a credit union I believe in.

Had a 5 out of 5 experience today, Janet the financial representative was so helpful so kind and kept a smile on her face the whole time even through technical difficulties she made the whole experience a breeze and I will definitely be coming in for my next auto loan to numark in coutryside with Janet.

My CD matured on Friday, March 22 2024.I arrived at the Countryside branch at 11:15 so that lunch breaks would not be an issue. I requested a check for the balance plus 6 months interest at the teller window.25 minutes later,the check was finally ready.Amanda the branch manager was not working that day so in my frustration I left her a voice mail ,have not heard back from her?Will be repeating my money removal in April and again in May.Mark Twain said he was not worried about the return on his money, but the return of his money.
