Paige did an impeccable job grooming Buddy. Honest, concise, knowledgable and professional. She loves what she does and it shows in her work. And Buddy felt at ease when I went to pick him up. He was nervous at first, which is typical. But, he made a nee friend. Not to single her out from the rest. Paige deserves this review.

Would not recommend taking your pet here for grooming services. My puppy got injured in the process and it’s the last time I will be coming here. Very rude and unprofessional, never again!

Beware of the groomers at this store!
As a petsmart member, I enjoy going to this location over others nearby. The store staff are always personable and helpful, the techs and vets in banfield hospital always are amazing and attentive. However, when bringing your pet for a grooming appt definitely expect to be greeted with attitude and lack of serenity from the grooming staff then leave with poorly half done work.
I've been taking my three dogs to this location nearly 2 years with no issues until much recently. The other day I took my 3 girls for a routine nail trim plus teeth brushing. It was a extremely frustrating when the grooming weren't coordinated with which dogs were coming out or coming in. Dogs don't do well under stress, and my girls were stressed being in close quarters while shuffling between other dogs and their owners. After the appt, I noticed the nails on two out the three were still long. Something that has also been a common trend. Upon taking them back is when the attitude really came into full swing. Our one chocolate lab dog who has never bite, scratched or barked at human before had tried to bite one of the groomers while getting her nails done. As much as this was a shock, I understand that the groomers safety is as important as mine. However, I do not understand how one incident justifies petsmart groomers to openly bad mouth my dog's behavior and proceed to say that I can go somewhere else.
No problem, say less.
Banfield hospital can do your pets nail trimmed better and cheaper then the groomers next door. You even get a discounted price when your pet is enrolled in their health plans.

We go for our two cats. This location always has the food, litter, and service needed to have happy cats. Deals on food, treats, toys, and seasonal items are always available. Birds, fish, small reptiles, and small rodents sold here, as well as products to care for them.

I made an online purchase and the products I purchased where given to someone else before I had the opportunity to pick them up. I received a pick up confirmation email and the order status was updated to picked up.

Great place to take your dog. They are patient and great with your animal. They are more worried about your dogs experience than than the ending product. Worth the money.

Cheyenne did an excellent job grooming our rescue dog that is not a fan of grooming. Cheyenne took her time and made sure our dog felt comfortable. I highly recommend their grooming services.

Went in to purchase toys, clothes, and a bed for our new puppy. My wife needed to use the restroom quickly and was told the restroom is for employees only. We never made it to the nearest McDonald's so now I need to shampoo my car not to mention my wife's embarrassment. We were told it was a corporate decision! I'll never shop at petsmart again!!!!
