Quality service and phone experience. Never any problems in the changeover from Sprint to T-Mobile. The store can get busy but the team is patient and always willing to help out and work with the customers. The staff are knowledgeable and polite in helping. I definitely recommend this location.

Came in here and had a wonderful experience. Smells pleasant and is always clean. The manager has a great demeanor and the employees have great customer service! Well done. I love my new phone and I love this store.

I stopped in the Countryside store just wanting to get a look at some phones for an upgrade and was helped by TJ. He was very helpful with all my questions and had a cheerful smile and helpful attitude. It's nice to see that there are still people out there putting effort into customer service.
