“I was having trouble setting up my new phone. I finally ran into Jack today. He said time me and by my count 81 seconds later my email was fixed my display was fixed and my settings were all properly adjusted! It’s been more than easy working with Jack. I’ve noticed another review said this store is unique to all of the rest. That is definitely a true statement. I hope this review reaches the top so if someone is deciding on what Verizon to shop at they will come to this one! Jack is EXCELLENT!”

“Phones fixed. Coordination was easy. Nick was very professional and handled my questions effectively. Only one hiccup. Sim card wasn't aligned and it needed to be aligned so the phone recognized it was there. All good. Phone works again and no chance to cut my fingers on the broken screen. Thanks.”

He genuinely wants to help and miraculously got my completely dead (not battery-dead, motherboard-panel-dead) iphone up and running, which enabled me to transfer all of my data from my back-from-the-dead phone to my new replacement phone. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Highly recommend, and I personally will continue to return here anytime I have tech in need of repair.”
