“The customer service was excellent, but the storage lock had to be adjusted and flat bed need to fix the wheels on the flatbed need immediate attention. Other then that she was very helpful.”
“This was a great facility! So clean as well as appearing to be somewhat newly constructed. The manager was so helpful especially upon emptying out the unit. She credited us February's monthly fee in that we vacated by Feb 20. Also front desk person Roberto is INCREDIBLE! He's so kind, patient and knowledgeable!!!! Highly recommend!!”

Andres, the gentleman who was working on the day of our pick up of truck, was VERY helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure that all our questions were answered,We had also reserved a storage unit on line. Because of a clerical error on part, we had a mistakenly requested a second floor mezzanine storage unit. Andres quickly checked computer, found an alternate storage unit, for a slightly higher monthly price, and switched it out; Quick, easy no fuss. We are very happy.Give this guy a raise! or a Bonus!. “Montana is so good at the installation of the hitches! He was professional and efficient! There was another car in front of me and he got both hitches installed within 3 hours!The customer service lady Nancy at this location was amazing too! She got me a chair to sit while I waited. There was free wifi and I got some work done.It was cool because they have CCTV and you can watch the installation process in the office if you’re curious.They have so many hitch receivers on the shelf for all kinds of vehicles!Get your hitch installed here! It’s worth the drive to work with Montana and Nancy!”
“U-Haul can be confusing and difficult to reach by phone, but Mark at 131st and Southwest Hwy made sure we had our truck and even came out to meet us on Sunday, because he knew we were concerned about using the phone app. I know that they are the largest U-Haul agent in our area and I would highly recommend using them over a gas station or other business that has U-Haul as a side business. Great job!”

“Ok, to start with, I did not rent any trucks or vehicles with U-Haul. I brought my car here to have a hitch installed. Clarence was the man who assisted me. Clarence would call me to clear up questions or to attempt to get my vehicle in earlier than my scheduled time. The only problem I had here was tryin to call Clarence back, the U-Haul phone system always forwarded the call to a centralized U-Haul call center....so that was a little frustrating. BUT, Clarence kept me up to date as to the progress of my install and then he installed the unit in the anticipated time - 2 hours. The job was done neatly, on time and he and the staff at the building were all very courteous. Nice job Clarence, thanks.”

“Clean and almost new rental cargo van - used to move some larger items and boxes. Rode like a dream, and good mileage - 186 miles and around 10 gallons. Location was clean, well kept and easy to find. Staff, from on the phone to in person were friendly and helpful. Rates were good - check them frequently as they are demand based. Initially it was $89 a day with 150 free miles - still a good deal. The day before my rental it dropped to $59, so I called and was able to cancel the original reservation and make a new one at the cheaper rate.One thing I will add, if you drive the Illinois tollway and use the pay-by-plate system or add the plate to your iPass, be sure to include the tag designation with the plate number, even though it's not technically part of the number. For example, if there's a stacked F and P on the plate, they have to be part of the plate number. Otherwise you'll get fined by the tollway AND Enterprise will stick you with a $25 "administration fee." I just got done arguing with them again - I used the pay by plate and paid the tolls. Then they sent me violations for the same tolls! $25 per toll administration fee. I know it's not the local branch, but seriously?”

“This Place is great. In and out quickly. All the employees know what they are doing and the make it easy for you to do your job. They work quickly and the helpful. The parking lot is big. Easy to pick up and drop off. This place is also easy to get to from the I55.”

“In the Home Depot of Shorewood at the Pro Desk works a lady by the name of Geina. Geina amplifies the word employee. She goes out of her way to help HD contractors and guests. Geina is caring, kind and extremely organized. She is always pleasant. Never makes you feel like you are ever bothering her even though she may have 2 phones hanging for her head and a text message on her cell phone from a contractor.
