Jay R approached me on the sales floor, he was incredibly intelligent, patient, and made the car buying experience wonderful. Not only did he show plenty of options, he guided me and informed me why. Thank you JAY R for being very thorough and patient and great ! Jay R is the best salesman!!!

If the lady booking appointments is as rude, condescending and contradicting as the one I just simply tried to make an service appointment with, I'm sure 100s of service appointments get redirected because of her unprofessional attitude. I ask if there's an opening on Monday or Tuesday, she huffed and puffs and says "NO it's right before Thanksgiving we're extremely busy!" Unnecessary commentary, but I continued to ask what is the next available date? She says Wednesday..I ask the Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving...? She huffed and puffs again and says YES. WHATS YOUR PROBLEM? I told her I'm trying to make an appointment about a recall I received about my vehicle, and she loudly asks "Does it begin with S?!?!?" I asked, does what begin with S? She literally is yelling into the phone at this point and yells "THE RECALL NUMBER!" Then aggressively huffs and puffs before I can answer then yells into the phone and says "YOU KNOW WHAT, JUST GIVE ME THE VIN" I told her I'll give another dealer a try, as she seems extremely off to be answering phones for appointments. Happy Thanksgiving lady. Try not putting whatever stress you're going through off on potential customers. Thanks.

I have not found a good Ford dealership yet that is at least accessible. This dealership never knows what is been done the vehicles and doesn’t know when they are going to have the vehicle ready. If you have a Ford the be ready to wait . It’s horrible I regret my first purchase.

It was a great experience, awesome place to shop for a vehicle, the atmosphere was very pleasant, they greet you with an open heart of friendship. Everything took less then 40 minutes before we were able to drive out with our Escape. We drove around different areas because of the ride, so quiet and handle so smoothly. I have been taking my Edge and Mustang to Westfield Ford for 8 years now. I really trust the service team at this dealership. I have used this dealership for my regular oil changes and all other repairs. I have been happy with every experience.My most recent experience was very stressful. I was having issues with my 2013 Ford Edge Sport sunroof. It wouldn't close! I thought that I was out of luck but then I met Steve Mehnert. He saved the day along with Jason Dozier. When I called, Steve was patient and listened to all my concerns. We scheduled an appointment and then the fun began. It was not an easy fix to say the least. Steve did not give up. I could tell that he understood how important this repair was to me and I genuinely felt like he cared. He is a really nice guy. And you know what... Steve and Jason were able to get it closed so I was able to keep the car that I loved!On top of the great service, it was a great price!I will only take my Ford cars to Westfield Ford and Steve Mehnert going forward and I recommend them to everyone that I know!

I was on my way back home to Indiana when the car stopped at the stop light check engine light came on telling me to take it to the dealership ASAP. This was the closest dealership so I took it to the service department they were very helpful and polite. I was sitting in my car when a salesman approached me asking if I was alright then we had a great conversation in the meantime showed me some cars so I ended up purchasing a vehicle and I am very pleased that I wanted to upgrade anyway. Thank you everyone for all you done for me make sure I have a safe trip to get home.

My experience was wonderful! A very pleasant process from beginning to end. The employees that were involved were amazing. Amen is wonderful. Whenever I need something he takes care of me. The day of purchase, he made sure that all of my questions were answered. He also made sure that I was comfortable and happy with the whole procees and told me to let him know whenever I have questions and he'll find the answers. Omar and Sam are just as great. They all made me feel like family. Like we've known each other for years. I would absolutely send anyone I know to them when they need a new vehicle.

Suv broke down we need a loaner car and dont have one so now we have to pay for a loaner. Car is still under warranty and recall. I was told at the time when purchased the vehicle if ever needed a loner i would get one. Now nothing. Go else where never here worst service.

The service department is horrible here. I dropped my 22 F150 for an oil change and a weird noise coming from the rear wheels. I dropped my truck off on Monday morning at 7am( scheduled the appointment 2 week before) and now 4 days later and only 1 returned call from them and it’s still not ready and it hadn’t even been looked at. I asked a service rep what was the whole point of me scheduling an appointment 2 weeks in advance to make sure things got done, his response “ well the appointment is just so you could wait in line for the tech to get it, there isn’t a guarantee that he’ll actually look at it”. What’s the whole point of an appointment then? Save your self the hassle and the time and stay away from this location, your just another pay check to them and nothing more. Over $200 in Uber rides to get from home to work because they kept my car parked for 4 days and no compensations or apologies. All I was told by the service representative when I decided to just pick it up was “ your key, truck is out back”.

Brought my car in for an unidentified oil leak. Found the problem and was told it was fixed. No one had time to explain to me what was repaired and I was not told to return in 50 miles to check out the leak as stated in the paperwork. Well, it was not repaired correctly and it began to leak again. Dropped my car off for an 8:30am Monday “appointment”. Got a call on Thursday that they just looked at it. After another week they finally fixed it. On pick up still no explanation of repair, just a point at the cashier to say she has it. Poor customer service.

They should rename their service department the disservice department! Terrible communication, don't answer the phone and seem to be of the mindset that we'll get to you when we feel like it. Took almost a week only to tell me they couldn't duplicate the issue and that was only after I showed up in person demanding answers and charged me $150 for the pleasure.I'll give them the fact that it was a holiday week and that I expected that might slow things down. However there's no excuse for the horrible lack of communication and the overall feeling that they just don't care.I work in customer service myself and if I treated a customer the way they did me I would be shown the door!

Second car purchased here I’ve always gotten amazing service and staff has gone above and beyond to get me the car the deal and service needed. I got the most help from Sue Cervini picking the right car for my needs and a nearly identical color to my previously owned ford so I’m happy and excited with relations I had over the years here at Westfield Ford of Countryside.

Was scheduled for a interview... 5 minute interview from someone who doesn't work regularly at this dealership... Then I'm brought into training (odd) for 2 separate days totaling 11 hours before finally getting a interview with the owner. And it didn't even last a minute. He asked me about a job position I didn't even apply for. Didn't give me the time of day and told me I didn't make the cut... Not the worst experience of my life. Just a waste of time and quite unprofessional really. Good job to everyone who got the job you all were wonderful people.

We had the greatest car experience here at Westfield Ford. Service was the best and Jay R was just above and beyond helpful. From the moment we entered the parking area Jay R met us and made our car searching journey easy and less stressful as it could have been. As far as I’m concerned he’s the salesperson for me. !
