Auto Collision Experts did a phenomenal job of fixing the damage to my year old Honda CRV. One of my kids borrowed the car and it came back with a small dent and some scratches along the side. The estimate I received from Joel was detailed and accurate. The work was completed promptly and the car looks brand new again. I am very happy with the customer service I received and have been recommending Auto Collision Experts to all of my friends and neighbors.

The team here at Auto Collision experts was incredible. I had to take my Chevy Equinox in for a dent and scratch repair, and it came out looking like new! The team was so kind and ensured that I was happy with the work they had done. Danny was wonderful in ensuring that the repairs looked seamless. The office manager, Jill, was helpful in working around my busy work schedule to ensure that I could get the repairs done quickly and efficiently and not impact my schedule too badly! I highly recommend this company to everyone!

I recently had the pleasure of taking my Tesla to Auto Collision Experts for some bodywork, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. They fixed a dent on the passenger door and the rocker panel on the passenger side, and the transformation is impressive!
The team was incredibly professional and attentive to detail. They not only repaired everything but also performed a paint correction with a buff that made my car look brand new. All the scratches that had accumulated over time are now completely gone, leaving a flawless finish.
Overall, I highly recommend this body shop for anyone needing bodywork on their Tesla or any other vehicle. The quality of the repairs and the customer service exceeded my expectations!

I had a great experience with Auto Collision Experts in March. The online estimate was easy to use and accurate, the receptionists were super polite, they were able to get my vehicle in for repairs right away as well as knowledgeable on my questions. Once completed with repairs, Joel and Mauricio were on top of making sure I was pleased with how it turned out. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

I've brought 2 vehicles to ACE in the last 9 months and couldn't be more satisfied. The first was my low mileage camaro for a scratch repair and new spoiler. It took slightly longer then projected as the owner was very particular that the paint must match perfectly (mint condition black car that's 22 years old) and it does! Second was my focus that had some damage to the fender and door after an icy morning. I was told it shouldn't take long (expecting a week or 2 due to it being an older car and parts availability) done in 3 days! All the body lines match and the paint looks great. I noticed that all but 1 poor review are older than a year old. Not sure who owned this company before but I sure am glad it's under new ownership now. The facility is beautiful, staff wonderful and tradesmen top notch. Definitely the premier body shop in our area hands down! The owner was in when I dropped off and even explained that it would be in my best interest to pay out of pocket due to my large deductible taking up the vast majority of the total bill on my second vehicle. The extra $100 I spent now would be recovered within my first quarterly payment to my insurance premiums. Last but certainly not least they have an absolutely gorgeous shop dog that just loves all the attention you can give. If you're from the area don't think twice about using this company for any of your bodywork needs.

I was more than satisfied with the repair of my vehicle, they were professional, highly trained and supportive in understanding that I needed my vehicle back as soon as possible since I need it for my job, I highly recommend ACE for any repairs you may need, thanks again to the whole crew over there, great people ?

I had my car in for repairs from an accident. Joel, the manager, was very thorough in discussing the damages and explaining what work needed to be performed. The final cost was as estimated, and it was reasonable, based on the work and parts. I am very satisfied with the job, and pleasantly surprised that the car was also detailed. It looks almost new. I recommend Auto Collision Experts for auto body work.

These guys went above and beyond, Joeann misty & joel did a great job got my car done and even went ahead and cleaned the interior as well as the exterior. Joeann has great customer service!! Insurance is being rude and this place went ahead n fixed my car anyways even though insurance ppl are being rude hanging up the phone etc. theses guys are awesome! Thank you so much got my car back right before the holidays!!

VIOLATED AND CHEATED by Auto Collision Experts in Crest HillI was jerked around and manipulated by these people over the final bill. Auto Collision Experts invoiced me a few weeks before the completion of my vehicle and stated exactly how much I had put as a down payment, as well as the remaining balance due. Come the day my vehicle is ready, they spring on me that I also owe an additional $1000 for the deductible. I was of course outraged, and said there must be a terrible mistake because this was the first mention that I owed anything more than what they had originally billed me. I rightly assumed, as any customer would, that my insurance deductible was already included in the bill they had presented to me.I went in to try to reason with them and to show them the paperwork that I had received weeks earlier from them, and was met with a cold stare from Misty, one of the office staff. She was anything but friendly, and immediately on the defensive. Additionally, Joel, the new “management” stood there and joined in with Misty to justify why they were charging this $1000 that they had never made known to me until the last moment. They were callous and indifferent to my complaint about the total unfairness and unreasonableness of expecting me to pay this additional money ( I repeat, that they had never told me about until then!!!) I am disgusted at how this business felt perfectly justified in treating a customer this way. There was no integrity in their dealings with me on this matter. Joel and Misty violated me and stole money from me. Still trying to recover from this...
