Brought in a laundry basket of soft surroundings, talbot, lane byrant clothes, all types; skinny leg, wide leg, etc... was told even though they were great quality name brand, classic style clothing, they only buy clothes that are less than 3 years old. wow.

went to plato’s closet with a box full of clothes, they told me the clothes were too “business casual” and to take them to clothes mentor, so i did.
when i did, they told me the clothes were too junior and to take them to plato’s closet. these companies are predatory and will only waste your time, stop giving them your items and let them go out of business.

Used to do business with them quite often. Now it’s terrible. I brought my clothes in there all folded neatly in a bin pick them up because they don’t want anything because they’re who knows why pick up my clothes they’re just thrown in the bin in a big wad, very unprofessional, I will not do business there again and I think you better think twice about how unprofessional for a business to just jump the clothes back in the bin when they weren’t brought in that way bye-bye Felicia

I brought in 10 sweaters and later in day at least 8 coats and jackets . To my disbelief every thing returned to me very disappointed, all were Good quality and clean. They don't buy anything.
