I brought my 1984 Cadillac Deville two-door over to this establishment because I heard that they give good services and they do good work. That is a lie. I have pictures of my rearview missing the rearview mirror and the inside of the vehicle is left dirty with garbage I will never ever go back to this place, and you guys shouldn’t either. When I arrived to look at my vehicle, I noticed an employee spray, painting old parts to make them look new. I clearly am disappointed in this young man and his father service had they just told me they cannot work on a transmission on an old school I wouldn’t be very upset. Do not go to this place.

VERY SATISFIED THEY FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM WITH MY 2015 FORD FOCUS IT HAD LOST REVERSE AND WAS STUTTERING WHEN TAKING OFF. OTHER SHOPS WANTED $4K TO DROP THE TRANSMISSION AND DIAG WHEN THE PROBLEM WAS JUST THE TCM.

Son was very professional and wanted to get to the bottom of the problem with my trans. We had a plan in place to troubleshoot the issue until the father stepped. He didn’t honor the deal that was made with his son nor allowed me to explain why that deal was made. It’s a disappointment since my business was going to stay here. Have to start all over again elsewhere.

Went to ask if they do differential work, and was told they don’t do that kind of work. Suggested we go to Stevens Transmission on Raynor . Absolutely a breath of fresh air. The honesty in the owner made my jaw drop. He said I can’t take your money and hope for the best . Honesty at this time is unheard of. Thank you DelToro Transmission for your honesty!?
