I've just given up on this location at this point. Every single time I come here half the shelves are empty in every single aisle. Every time I need something and they're out and it's like talking to a wall I don't think a single employee at this location knows where they're at or what they're doing. Oh go look in the aisle, why in the world would I go look in an aisle that's 80% empty when almost all of your product is still in boxes on Uboats all over the store. This is one of the worst managed locations in the area and surprise surprise all the bad ones in the area have the same district manager.

The crest Hill area need have better customer services. Treat the customers better. They shouldn't have a bad additude towards customers. I won't be shopping here ever again. I will shop at the one by the Joliet mall .

Check out line was all the way to the back of the store. One cashier and no thought to open another lane. I can understand some waiting because of their pricing but, this was a demonstration of no thought to customer service.

The lines are always extremely long, with only one cashier available. Average wait-time, to get to the cashier is 20 minutes
