Terrible crabby employees at customers services on Sunday and only one register open with 10 people in line waiting. Now still waiting for my 11% rebate for 12 weeks now.

Absolute dumpster fire. Just go to the Home Depot around the corner. At least they have common items in stock. Takes 15 minutes for someone to find out if they have propane tanks. Hopefully this store goes under and re opens as a real business.

If you plan to shop here and buy propane tank they don't allow you to shop with your empty tank inside. I have not seen any sign that say so. A bit inconvenient. Otherwise price is Ok vs others.

And now they have the most incompetent department manager in plumbing! She was called 3 times, then had to go to the front only to he sent back to the plumbing department for a question she couldn't answer. Overall this is your normal Menards with home needs. I'm mostly reviewing this store because of what happened on my last shopping trip. First, I grabbed some shop towels that had a red sticker that said $6.99 that was the on reason why grabbed 2 packages. There was a girl working in that isle when I did. Well, when I got to the checkout they rang up $9.99. When they did the price check they said there was no sticker. In fact I know there was 2 stickers there because I confirmed the UPC number on the tag that said $6.99. Anyways, that wasn't the biggest issue, it was the front manager wouldn't let it go! I just wanted to get out of the there but she continued trying to call the associate for that area. This was even after I just said it wasn't a big deal and to just take them off of my order.
Next I had to wait 10 minutes for one of the cart guys to help me get my salt into my vehicle. So, I went out and put my other items into the car. And here is one of the guys outside sweeping. So, I walked back inside and a wonderful guy named Joe helped me. Then continued to pull carts in while this other guy was just sweeping what looked like dust.
Also, I would like to say how wonderful my cashier was, her name was Laura. Very sweet and helpful.

Went to return a lawnmower they didn’t take it back but told us had to go to a service center to get looked at first the department manager Barbara didn’t give me anything information on it just told us to look it up very unhelpful and a little rude but store manager Karen very helpful and gave us the number very nice as well.

Made a return and manager had to approve. She comes and starts checking items and throwing them around. She has a nasty attitude towards employees. I don’t know her name but she was black and worked afternoons.

Customer service at this place is downright TERRIBLE!! Few months ago stood at customer service to ask a question and girl sat on her cell phone, didn’t even look at me. After 2 min I said excuse me because clearly the call was not work related. She was beyond rude and rolled her eyes. I ended up having to pull a cart person off to the side and ask for help loading my fireplace. Today I tried to make my day easier and do a pick up order. When we parked, I had to call four times before someone answered. I then ended up having to go in because I had already waited 15 min and no one was even in front of me (only had 5 small items). Ended up speaking to the manager because I waited a total of 35 minutes!
