“Wow that was easy! I must have called about four other pod companies, spending between 30 minutes to an hour on the phone getting the runaround. Each company seem to start with a price and then 5 minutes later had a different price etc. MI- BOX was my last effort before just calling a moving company, and I'm happy that I did. It took me about 10 minutes to get this set up, super affordable, fantastic customer service. Everything was so easy from the drop offs to the pickups, Joe even helped me figure out the best days to pick up from one house and drop off to another. Definitely took a lot of stress off moving. Could not recommend more. Save yourself the time and frustration and just start here. Thanks so much, would definitely recommend.”
“We were very happy with these young men: Rodsean ,Darcell, Tyjuan, Jovanni, Justin. They were kind to my 90 yo husband who loves to chat and still kept working efficiently, fast, carefully especially with fragile lamps etc. when they had finished with everything on the truck, they made sure we were happy with where everything was placed and if there was anything else we needed done. Couldn’t be more pleased.”

“We had a garage built and needed somewhere to store my husband's treasures for we assumed, 3 months. After lengthy searching of storage units and boxes we found Mi-Box to be the most cost efficient. We were HUGE fans of the fact that the box was dropped off the same day we ordered it and picked up the next day of cancelling it. (3 months) I loved the idea that we could have the tools in the box handy if we needed them as opposed to driving to and from a storage area. The men that handled the actual movement of the box were both very courteous and respectful of both our property and us. We had two other sales reps from garage and window companies that asked for the contact information for Mi-Box. Thank you for the first great experience in what has proved to be a huge remodeling disappointment.”

“I was recently tasked with obtaining quotes for a reusable crate to be used with a large piece of artwork. The dimensions were 125" x 78" x 7" and 425lbs. I contacted Craters and Freighters for a quote. They returned the quote very quickly and asked me questions I hadn't even thought to ask them or other vendors about my needs for this job. The initial visit with their team in our office put my mind at ease. When their crew came to our office and carefully removed the artwork they were friendly and efficient taking great care not to damage the wall or any furniture. Turnaround time for the job was very quick and the price were quoted was the price that we paid. Thank you for making me look good to my boss. So happy we found a reliable partner. My only request is that I would love to receive one of those pirate t-shirts your crew was wearing (see what I did there?). :)”

“March 2024, we had to move everything out of our 3rd floor condo for a remodel (no elevator). Craig (and I think the other young man was Treshawn) were beyond awesome. They were super polite, very prepared, and went above and beyond to make sure our property made it to the storage unit without any damage. And, they filled that unit like they were playing Tetris; they had some mad skillz! We have to move it all back in another month and we will request these two fabulous gentlemen again.
