Holes in the ceiling..everything was ruined..mice were in boxes..and when I called they said people don't usually have storage for 6 years..It was my son who passed aways stuff..I was never late on any payments..And when I discovered everything ruined..they came after me for the payments after 6 years of payments..horrible place

Diane was amazing helping me out getting my storage today. She asked me questions regarding the amount of space I needed and very personable. I appreciate how smooth everything went and was able to move right in the same day with no issues.

Diane is the best, and so sweet. She provided a great deal for me and even tried to assist me with multiple options in case the original option didn't work out for me. The unit is much taller than Public Storage so I was able move everything from that place over into Next Doors! Great service!

Hello! Well I just have to say that when I called today at the Self Storage Units in Cresthill,Il. I spoke with Ms. Diane, and OMG did she have wonderful customer service. She was very sweet, polite and extremely professional. She told me everything about the service there, and how things were ran. I was so pleased and excited with her beautiful phone service that I came straight there to see the facility. I was so enlightened that I greeted her with a special little gift from my store. Her service in person was even more awesome. She was so charming and very attentive. I checked out everything there and was very pleased. I went ahead and signed on up thanks to Ms. Diane’s spectacular service. She was Great! I truly appreciate Great service. It means a lot. 😊
