So far this has been by far my best eye visit ever, anywhere. April was working the desk when you walk in and had such a bubbly personality. A gentleman walked in after me and was rude demanding assistance treating April extremely poorly and she stayed professional with him trying her best to help him while he continued to belittle her. Sean was able to help temporarily fix the gentleman’s frames and get the man on his way. Jeanan was the specialist that helped and provided insight on some new lenses I had never heard about which I’m excited to try out. Giving me information and updates that I was worried about and letting me know everything was good to go. Overall Pearl Vision has done a great job bringing in a team of such great people and I look forward to keeping this branch as my main eye doctor.

Horrible customer service and overall experience. Was prescribed a wrong prescription (reading vs distance lenses) and no accountability for error. The lead optometrist was rude & inappropriate yelling “I don’t know what you’re saying”, in a mocking tone clearly lacking emotional maturity as well as general courtesy. Would not recommend patronizing this location.

Miss April gave me the best experience I’ve had at this store so far and I have been coming here for about 10 years. She helped me with getting my glasses adjusted just right. Thanks a lot APRIL!

This location is particularly noteworthy of excellent staff, environment, and service. I witnessed Dave go out of his way to help a guest who needed immediate service; he accepted the patient willingly and sincerely. Thank you for taking care of people well.

My new glasses were sliding down my nose and would fall down if is tilted my head down. Went in for an adjustment April worked patiently with me to make certain they fit and I was satisfied. Great experience.

They are absolutely great people and they are very kind to. They have great service and they give you best kind of glasses to choose from. What I mean by that is that they give really good advice for glasses. They are definitely the nicest people with glasses. I definitely be coming back agian!

Dominick the general manager was wonderful, I went to America's Best first and it was a nightmare. They had to send my glasses back twice because you could see my prescription on my lenses. I needed them for work (school) Went to Pearl Vision with my prescription and told Dominick what happened he got me set up with 2 new glasses in about a week. Very professional not a problem with my glasses they are great and they had everything I asked for . My new place for glasses

I walked in was greeted by friendly Michelle , even tho she was with a customer. I was waited on promptly, explained my concerns to her . My glasses were ordered and they called me stating my glasses were in completed so quick !! . Dominick the manager had me to try them on , he was very polite. friendly and making sure I was pleased with my glasses. Thank you so much Cresthill Pearle Vision !!

If you like old fashioned customer service this is the place the manager Dominick is very helpful in getting your order done about 2 months ago me and my wife also met one of the owners Tim we had great conversation and service experience then also this is the only place I will get my glasses from now on.

Dominick was EXTREMELY helpful, and even when there was an issue with the first pair of frames he did absolutely everything he could to make sure we were completely satisfied and happy with the purchase! I would give 6 stars if I could :)

I am a repeat customer to the Pearle Vision Crest Hill location. I have typically had fairly good and professional service; however, this year the service is horrible! The owner of the franchise assisted me and I found him to be incredibly rude. When he helped me, my lens order was supposed to be submitted as progressive lenses; however, when the order came in they were single vision lenses. The order then had to be resubmitted for the lenses to be corrected to progressive lenses. I was told that it should take between approximately 7 - 10 business days for the corrected order to come in. We are now past that timeline and I have called the Crest Hill location on at least 3 separate occasions to get a status on my order and received promises of a call back and the representatives do not call back. This occurred "twice" in which Dominic promised to call me back and never did. I just called yet again and this time spoke to Michelle who has promised to call me back to provide a status on my order. I will now await to see if she follows through after I have specifically told her of the repeated times that I have failed to receive a call back. When I attempted to escalate this to the Franchise owner, I was told that he was not in the office. Needless to say, I am NOT happy with this level of service. It is completely appalling and totally unacceptable. It is also quite disappointing that I have observed that their current staff appears to be made up of very-little-to-no racial diversity whatsoever (I did not see ANY racial diversity) despite being located in a racially diverse community.7/6 5:29pm Michelle called me back and informed me that the "corrected" order came into the store but it is STILL INCORRECT and are STILL single vision lenses, when they should be Progressive lenses!!! Therefore, now she is stating that the order must be resubmitted AGAIN! My original eye exam and eyeglass order was done on 5/27 and it's now 7/6 and I STILL don't have my correct prescription order!! This is THE WORST customer service experience that I have EVER had with completing an eyeglass order! I would NOT recommend their service!!!

Dr. Lietzis a stand- out doctor. He is a brilliant, creative thinking doctor. I never thought that I could have comfortable contacts with my prescription, and he worked with me, to find several comfortable options. I highly recommend him! I do not want him to retire, ever! :-)In addition, the office staff at this location was polite and efficient. I’ve worn glasses for 30 years and have had little commitment to one office, but I’m happy to say that I’ve been committed to this office for 2+ years, and I plan to return!

Please don't go to this location.. I went twice and they didn't know what they were doing. had me standing around. Told me I didn't confirm my appointmen, told me I didn't insurance when I did. Resolved the issue and then they didn't have time to see us. Horrible customer service. will not be returning ever.

My family and I have been going here for over 12 years never had a problem until todays visit. I was charged 85 dollars for a contact fitting exam when it has NEVER been this high. They couldn't even explain why it was that much. They were unbelievably rude the service and treatment we received was beyond poor. On top of that when they looked up our history they told us we have been severely undercharged for years as if that was our problem?! That is all on them I was expecting to pay what I pay every year and wound up paying 85 more dollars.The fact that we have been customers for 12 plus years and thats how we were treated is beyond me and we will be finding a new eye doctor. They now have lost 4 loyal customers so I would recommend looking at different places before coming to this one.

Called this morning about an issue with my daughters glasses. The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly rude from the beginning. Treated me as if I was a nuisance and only made me feel bad for calling. I was just looking for honest opinions, I didn't expect miracles. He said there were no appointments today, even though the online portal showed 1 available. After being talked to so poorly, I eventually hung up on him. It's too bad, my family of 5 has been going there to get glasses for almost 10 years and I am now looking for another facility!
