Rude lady when I first arrived to pick up the key. I did everything online and all I needed was the key. It’s supposed to be convenient for the customer but she claimed she still needs to check my ID and every thing I just did online. I’ve been through this routine before and never had to be re-checked before getting keys! Plus she felt like she needed to tell me if I lost the key I will have to pay for the key fob! Duh! I’m not some young kid. I know what and What not to do. She’s very rude and has NO customer service skills!!

Friendly and helpful staff all the times I've been there. Nice to have somewhere other than the post office to mail packages.

We go there primarily to use the USPS. The Associate that works there full time, to us "The Boss Lady" is super sweet, nice and witty. Shes very helpful and truly cares about her job and people in general.
