“I’m a truck driver so I’m not from this area & when I walked in Mike greeted me & asked what I was looking for & he was able to recommend a vape & even saved me some money! I will definitely be back when I’m in the area!”
“Awesome vape shop. Hutch helped me out and hooked me up with a new mod set up that I’m super happy with. Hutch was super knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend Mi Vape if you are looking for a new vape.”
“Hands down the best smoke shop around. The customer service is excellent, always stocked with new items, prices are amazing and the long hours are a HUGE plus. Definitely stop by for all your smoking needs ?”

“We bought a grinder and white owls - good price. The staff was friendly and she even provided us with information on products that we didn’t even know existed. We will definitely be back.”
“What a visit we had today !!!
I can’t begin to describe the welcome home type of feeling this establishment brings you the second you walk in. I am originally from down south and every southerner knows hospitality will win you our loyalty in shopping ?️ and word of mouth like no other.
I haven’t experienced such heartfelt hospitality and generosity in a store setting in Illinois before like I have had the pleasure or re-experiencing today.
As most of us day to day individuals, everyday is just as busy and time consuming as the last. Unfortunately yesterday and today was no exception to the busy schedule of puppy walks and toddler swim classes. So one could only imagine how relieved ? and grateful I was to come here and the staff be so hands on and informed of their products and quality that I was able to find several amazing products I was desperately looking for in a pinch ? to use for work this weekend to help keep my supply in stock and my mood happy.
I can’t begin to describe how happy I am to have come here and experienced such an incredible shopping experience where they were very kind and welcoming to my purse pup ? S’ymobe that came in with me where we were introduced to their adorable puppy CBD treats. Which made my day an absolute breeze and a pleasure to have been able to carve enough time in to stop by before finishing the hustle and bustle of the day.
I would highly recommend everyone and anyone to come here as they have amazing prices , merchandise and the best customer service you can find around !!!
My pup was extremely mellow today at my nieces swim classes lesson, so it is definitely a product we will be back in the store for soon ?”
“Great shop with great products and fair prices. Staff is always helpful and willing to answer all and any questions. The give away is also a great bonus…I even won last month!”
“Staff is friendly and doesn’t try to get you to buy whatever they’re clearing out. When they recommend something it’s because it’s actually good”
“I arrived this morning a little after doors opened and I only had exact change for the product I ordered I also didn’t have my debit card on me! Since I arrived early I received the door buster deal but was short by a little bit and the wonderful Coleen worked her holiday Magic and gave me a little bit more of a discount so I could take both products home with me. I am a new Plainfield native but incredibly familiar with the area and this will be my new local spot! The service here is always impeccable and I’m never disappointed.”
“I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve always treated me well. The employees are knowledgeable, patient, and make the place feel welcoming. Great selection, fair prices, and good vibes every time I stop in.”
““Z” (Zack) has always been extremely helpful and kind each and every time I’ve come to this shop. He is the ‘face of the brand.’ I have been very happy with his service ever since the new management took over the vape shop! He’s great, the shop is great, everyone there so far has been wonderful. They give great deals & it’s definitely my #1 choice when it comes to smoke shops! If you’re not sure where to go for anything smoke shop related, come here & you won’t be disappointed.”

“Absolutely the best vape store in Joliet and surrounding areas Cuddy is a very good person and shows a lot of love to his customers unlike other stores great prices great environment and great customer service always happy to stop by”
“Heck yeah! A young lady today about 4pm recommended some gummies, half bak’d two-pack and she wasn’t lying about the effectiveness. I struggle with combat ptsd adhd and ocd, and xyz lol, but this was the only gummies to quiet my mind and give me a sense of hopefulness. Excellent stuff, great staff, she didn’t try up-selling me and she spoke the truth, she said she tried it and it worked for her as well. I truly love and appreciate that with businesses that have staff like this, this will make me a returning customer for sure!”
“The owner here is super friendly and very willing to help u with whatever it is u may need. I would definitely recommend doing business here above any other smoke shop.”
“Highly recommend. Absolutely love this place! The selection is phenomenal, they always have things well stocked, prices are great, and customer service is out of this world. Check them out you won't be disappointed.”
