  👋. You could have easily called me back and explained all of this when I picked the vehicle up instead of responding in such a rude and dismissive way here. The attitude is nasty and unprofessional. I truly hope CEDA reviews all client experiences at this shop so they won’t keep sending people here. No matter who covers the bill, every client deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I called and emailed many times—why not just tell me this directly then? And the tires you put on is as worst as the first tires. I hate shops where you can't see whats going on
  
  🚨 Warning to Others 🚨
  CEDA used to have a long list of repair shops, but now that list is cut down to just a few—and it’s not hard to see why. Some of these shops don’t treat clients right, knowing CEDA takes a while to pay, and then they cut corners or give nasty attitudes. That’s no excuse. No matter who pays the bill, every client deserves respect and proper repairs. If you’re sent here through CEDA, be careful and ask questions—don’t just trust the shop to do the right thing.
  
  Ceda paid $2,500 for repairs on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the car still rides poorly, and my tires now lose air 2–3 times a day. The suspension doesn’t feel fixed at all, and the only improvement I can see is the brakes.
  
  Ceda is a great program that truly helps people with car repairs, but I feel that some repair shops may be taking advantage of Ceda clients by charging a lot yet doing incomplete work. Before these repairs, I never had this constant issue with my tires, and now I’m stopping every day to put air in them.
  
  Overall, my car basically drives the same as before the repairs, and I’m very disappointed with the quality of service.

  They have had my car since april. Fixed the problem but caused more problems and wont let me get it untill ceda pays them. The over charged ceda the max that i was allowed and now its broke again under there hands and I cant get my car back yet. Plus they dont answer the phone or call back. They were supposed to look at it last week but didnt. Holiday week take the whole weekend off. So dont take your car there near a holiday. And if theres an emergency of any kind the whole shop closes. Ceda needs to get them off there list.

  I 100% would recommend Alpha, service was fast and Rob is extremely knowledgeable.

  Went in for a Rough Country 3 1/2” lift kit on my Taco. Robert convinced me to get the vertex set up. World a difference from my Old Man Emu set up. I also notice a lot of people doing double takes so my flex is on point. Thanks Robert! I’ll be back.

  Straight forward mechanic no pressure selling. He will inform you and make you aware so that you can make a decision. Any issues I've had he's told me to bring it in took a look at it and provided detailed information before repair. I would suggest this business to all in need of repair.

  I found Alpha Auto Repair in CRESTWOOD we are new to this area and I needed to find a good mechanic. I had a problem with my car and I went in so they can check my car out to see what the problem was. I was so happy to find out that they worked with my current insurance car shield, I have an old car but it’s under warranty with them and I was so happy to find out that they worked with my insurance He promised my car by Thursday I had it done by Wednesday afternoon. I am one happy customer I recommend this mechanic shop to everyone in the area. It’s a good hidden Gem here in CRESTWOOD . Made Me Feel like family I am so happy with their service and my car is running great thank you Robert Lucy, and Lisa .

  As a first-time customer, I was very pleased with Alpha Auto. They expertly diagnosed a fixed a wheel issue that my 4x4 truck had. They were skilled, knowledgable, friendly, and their rates were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning, and already have a routine maintenance appointment scheduled for my recently lifted Tacoma.

  Rob was by far the best I've talked to in the 4x4 shops in the Chicago land area. He turned my brand-new 2023 GMC in to a beast. He took the time to sit down and go over several ideas I had and told me the right way to do things. His shop did great quality work in only a couple days time.
