After not much luck finding the product we needed in other stores. I had called this one to make sure they had one and the gentleman on the phone was super helpful. He went and pulled the item so it was at the register upon arrival.

I walked up to the counter with my oil and the lady there walked to the back and ignored me. The other guy there was busy and another lady on the floor just ignored me standing there for over 10min till the busy guy was done. Very poor customer service and I'll be going to a different parts store next time.

This has to be the worst auto zone ever. One employee Rang me up and charged me for a part before checking if they actually had it in stock, which they didn’t and had to get refunded which takes 3-5 days to get returned. Note it was a $100 part. I also bought an oil filter that was not the correct filter for my car even though their system said it was, when I installed the filter it leaked all of my oil out. They credited me for the filter, but did not have the correct one I needed. The employees there are rude to each other yelling at one another while I’m in line. Very poorly managed location. I definitely will be going to the O’Reillys directly across the street from now on.

The worst experience I ever had at this location! The girl behind the desk was rude and uninterested in our business. She was too busy on her personal phone to actually listen to what we had to say. She argued with us about online pricing. She stated that don't honor them. Because she was on her personal phone texting, she obviously wasn't listening to us. She continued to argue about my husband saying 50%, when he said 15% off. After showing her the brake and rotor coupon online for 15% off, only then did she pay attention. Somewhat. When we told her the parts we wanted and she looked them up, she told me" Baby, you at the wrong location. Goto the other one next to Pepboys. They have 2 in Crestwood "The 134th and Cicero Autozone was a completely different experience. The kind of service that I am used to. Don't waste your time here. Just go to the other one!!!!

Went here for a new car battery. I informed them that I would also need it installed, which they do for free. But they were full of excuses......1) they don't do it at night......2) they dont do it if it's raining......3) they can't do it because someone needs to be in the store. They had two employees there, so why couldn't one of them go outside and do this? Seems to me that if they charged for this service, they'd do it rain or shine. So......I left, and went down the street to O'Reilly auto parts, and bought the battery and they installed it. Auto Zone, you lose!
