I'm an Air Force Veteran and attempted to see if the Rec Center would allow a military style event. From which I left my information to the front desk and they informed me that the manager Rocco was going to return my call and email me back from which he never did. Two weeks later/today me and one of my former military colleagues that is still active came by the place to get an update to see if the message was passed on. From which, Rocco walked up to us immediately said "we don't do that here" not even an introduction or not even a "hi how are you how can I assist you"? I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service.

I really liked this gym but I feel a way because when my brother passed away months ago, which was my last sibling on earth I was so messed up to the point I totally forgot I had this gym on auto pay. I had to take off work for weeks because I was so messed up. Only to be told I have to pay back pay to start up my account again with this gym. They have all my information, phone number and everything. I couldn’t even get a call to say hey your account will be charging back pay soon if you don’t pay. I guess a phone call to the customer is too much work to help people out. You just never know what someone is going through but now I have to find another gym.

You get out what you put into it if you don’t put nothing into it, you’ll get nothing out of it. I’ve been through at least a half a dozen physical rehab facilities, both acute and subacute within the last couple years due to spinal fusion that I had done and had gotten an infection in my surgical incision was a staff that led the Mersa and haunted me for the last 2 1/2 years of my life. I found this place to help me out with what I needed

1. They rarely keep up with the schedule advertised at the entrance (and when you sign up) for open swimming, and with the number of lanes to be open. 2. Rude swimming instructors who when approached about being late with getting the kids out of the pool in time they become argumental. 3. Most of the time they do not place the lane dividers back after cardio splash or swimming lessons. 4. Today there were to be 5 lanes available to open swimming and in fact there were only 2!!! 5. The 5th lane was taken for swimming lessons with toddlers in pampers, and the first 2 lanes (with no divider between them) were taken for other private swimming lessons. At some point a girl vomited in the pool and the instructor did not disclose anything until after about 10 minutes later. People in the pool thought she was fishing for for a piece of lost jewelry with the net, until she finally decided to tell people they should get out of the pool, but without disclosing why. I brought up a few of the above with the staff up-front, but not sure if they will do anything about it. That is the reason for my 3 star review. I still hope they can change a few things for good as I am planning to be a long term member there!

They always have so many activities going on at this facility. I have seen basketball teams, volleyball practices and pickle ball games…all different ages and groups.

White old ladies do whatever they want in the pool area. Blocking people from swimming to socialize. No respect for others. 2 people to a swim lane, yet these old ladies disregard rules and diminish the experience for others. I don't recommend this place.

It's a great place, my kids attend swimming classes and they love it there. Everyone is really nice, and my kids really like their instructor.

Wonderful staff, well maintained, good variety of machines. I don't use the pool, but it looks immaculate.
