AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
This is the dirtiest storage place I have ever been to. All my stuff has bugs and mice poop in/ on it. The manager at this place is one of the worst people you could ever deal with. She only cares about her money and will make you sweep mice crap out of the unit they claim is clean from other reviews. Terrible experience. Glad we’re out and will never be returning or referring this location or istorage in general to anyone ever again because of this location manager. Terrible. Go spend your money elsewhere!! If anyone from the corporate office sees this I hope you deal with your management properly. So rude.

Terrible management, always want to hike up pricing, go into your unit and attempt to steal your personal belongings, I’ve been there for several years since new management have been locked out and unable to access. Go somewhere else if your belongings are important new management will attempt to steal by canceling your contract and only giving you one day to retrieve your belongings before confiscation.

I am extremely disappointed with the way iStorage has handled this situation. A couple of weeks ago, we were notified that there would be “limited access” to our unit for a few days. However, when I called and visited in person, I was told there would actually be no access at all.
Most recently, I was assured that access would be restored by Monday. As of today, that has proven to be completely untrue — we still have no access, with no clear resolution provided.
This is not just an inconvenience; it is directly affecting my livelihood. I run a business and have important events coming up that require items currently locked in my storage unit, including tables, tablecloths, and other essential equipment. Their lack of transparency and failure to honor their own timelines is impeding my business operations and costing me money.
I would strongly caution anyone who relies on timely access to their unit to think twice before storing here. Reliability and communication are absolutely critical in this type of service, and unfortunately, iStorage has failed on both fronts.

Was unable to access a unit that I paid for on the day I was scheduled to move in. Called customer service to assist in getting another unit, all units locked, and no attendant available to assist physically. Had to wait until the next day and was told to expect a call from the property manager, to which I had to call myself, and then told I needed to come at that moment for assistance, like I’m not at work, since my schedule was thrown off due to the lack of being able to access a storage unit I paid for. Then the area manager is talking to me as if I don’t know or understand how a storage unit may work, after I’ve explained that I had 2 different people come and access, who are professional movers, couldn’t get in either. She the. Speaks over me, and hangs up on me, while I’m trying to explain that I couldn’t really talk at the moment, and just wanted to know when does the property manager leave so I could get assistance at a later time, since again I AM AT WORK!!!
UPDATE: There's no need to contact for any matter on resolution of poor service. I obtained a storage unit elsewhere, with impeccable customer service and access to the unit I am renting day of, and have already received my refund. I will be referring to the storage space I'm using at the moment to anyone who is looking for space. Have a peaceful, prosperous, productive day.

I had a great experience with iStorage! The customer service team was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. They answered all my questions quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate how professional and courteous they were—definitely recommend them!
