There is zero relationship between Dr Lockett and his patients. He does not talk to you before treatment, during treatment, nor after. He wants to get you in and out as quickly as possible. His office referred me to an Endodontist for a root canal, that ended up being out of network, resulting in a $1650 bill instead of $280. Dr Lockett also did two fillings for me, and now my bite is very uncomfortable. He left the room immediately after he was done, not once asking me if everything felt ok.Lastly, another patient sounded like they had just had a temporary crown put on. The patient asked him what they could/couldn’t eat. Dr Lockett wouldn’t give them a direct answer, just told them eat “whatever they feel comfortable eating, just know it’s a temporary crown and it could come off”. Zero help to the patient.

Oh my God! This place is great! The staff is wonderful, the dentist is so amazing. They made me feel like I was part of their professional family. They genuinely care about their patients. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. They treated me as if they have known me for years, NO ONE IS A STRANGER THERE! Everything was explained to me in a way I understood, I was part of the decision process in my dental care. I am so glad that I decided to visit dental works!!! The dentists are amazing.

I have been going to Crestwood Dentalworks for over twenty years. My daughters, now both adults, went there when they were young. It was always a positive experience with Dr. Lucket. I hope him and his devoted staff never retire❣️❣️

I had a very successful tooth extraction. Asst Jesus Emanuael was my blessing. He was patient, compassionate and attentive and a very apt assistant to Dr. Michael Luckett, who was pleasant, professional and perform expertly and quickly. Although there is naturally a little pain afterward. The actual extraction wad painless due to Dr. Luckett’s expertise. I am very grateful to them both.

I gave Dental Works 5 stars, because from the time I walked in the door, everyone was very kind to me, pleasant, smiles, and professional. Something you do not see much of anymore. I felt very comfortable, DrLuckett was very funny, he kept me laughing, which made me feel once again comfortable. This is my new home for my Dental Work. Thank you Dental Works.
