Worst customer service ever they stole my belongings from my rental wrongly repossessed it bad with communication would never do business or refer no one I know. They just take your money would never work with Lyft through them again if my life depended on it nothing is professional about it and hertz specialist over the phone literally told me my belongings was at this location and they lied to my face and laughed and said it wasn’t

Tried calling multiple times just to listen to the dial tone for 4 minutes straight or get hung up on. These idiots can’t answer the phone to save a life. Avoid this stupidity.

This place is all over the place! I made a reservation, came to pick up my reserved car and the lady’s that work here are very disrespectful said that because I reserved to early that I wasn’t able to get a vehicle which make 0 sense if I can give them 0 stars I would very disappointed

Oh God help me if I could give this place no stars I would it's the worst place to rent from. Their unfair and unprofessional I was renting a car from them on the Lyft app they repossessed a vehicle I already paid for. And they never answered the phone all week so on the day they took the car all my belongings was in there and they had no way of telling me were the vehicle was so I can retrieve my stuff for a car that was paid for already. So now I have no way to get to them to even get my important stuff out the car they can find your car to take it but can't find it when u need to get to stuff out. The phone just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings u get the point right. So if any management sees this review I pray u contact me via anything email Instagram tick tock Twitter I don't care I would love to have ANY contact with whoever that's my dream

This is a Hertz/Lyft Express Drive facility, they charged me $210 the following week after my contract ended and I returned the car but couldn’t explain the additional charges. Then they directed me to Lyft customer service, to which I fulfilled all the documentation requirements to prove I returned the car and that I was unfairly billed. Lyft examined the documents and confirmed that I was right but that Hertz needed to provide the refund, but they claim they are unable to do it. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB. If I could give no stars I would!! If your thinking about doing express drive thru Lyft I strongly urge you not to hertz is very unprofessional they never answer the phone and then when you call Lyft they blame everything on hertz I was renting a vehicle then out of no where they decided not to renew the rental and told me to return the vehicle it was Friday at 4:45 pm guess what they close at 5 and are not open on the weekend I returned the vehicle after getting no help from Lyft still owing 263.38 with three days left for the week I was told the car was sold to a 3rd party I was told a passenger said the car broke down during their trip and last excuse was you didn’t meet the weekly ride limit requirement well of course I didn’t yall made the vehicle inactive so as of today I now owe over 400$ they charged me a partial payment for the next week as well even though I returned the vehicle all customer service reps first language is not English so outside of trying to get help your also having to listen to someone with broken English recap things that you never said I wish I never signed up it was a big waste of money and now they expect me to pay them and the rate will go as high as 405/wk crooks if anyone wants to link up and get a class action lawsuit started against them for shady business practices please email me I’m down and hertz spare me your generated reply I don’t need your email better use that deposit because i have no plans on paying yall anything sue me just know i have every call recorded and every email my receipts are ready yall are some shady people

Obviously from all the reviews everyone is having the same terrible experience from Lyft and Hertz. Do I need to do better when they will find themselves lawsuit very soon! Shame Shame on these two companies ! I had faith in both till now!

Rented a car for Lyft and now still being charged for a truck I don't have because it was repossessed even though I had an appointment that was cancelled by them and I didn't know! But every day I get a thing in my app please return the truck. Or make money today driving,! How I could have made the money to pay for it but no they took it. It's been a month back in there possession. Customer service sucks sucks sucks! Very rude. Just trying to resolve the issue but the guy running things was not very cooperative! No phone answer ever. I gave the keys back for the truck I had to the guy. This place needs to be taken to court by us all who got this type of service. I have told Lyft and Hertz of my issue!

Do Not rent from these people! I have been getting charged for a Vehicle that I’m no longer renting from Lyft! I came into the office last week because between Hertz’s & Lyft they keep giving me the run around. I have NOT driven the car in over a month & i am still getting charged for a car that I don’t have! When I did come into the office Weisley spoke with me momentarily then proceeded to the back while leaving me in the waiting area for at least a hour until I ended up just leaving! I will get to the bottom of this! I even called Candice, because she also said if I had any issues to call her. Do you think she helped?! Heck to the No! DONT GO HERE
