He helped me set up my home internet and explained everything to me so clearly — literally like I was two, in the best way possible! ? He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood every single step without ever making me feel rushed (on Black Friday).

You can tell he really cares about customers and takes pride in his work. The service I received was top notch from start to finish. If you need a reliable, friendly, and professional Verizon rep, Russell on 87th is definitely your guy. Highly recommend!”

“I went today & Antonio helped me tremendously..gave me a new cable box, mine was old..talked me though how to hook it up, I wasnt getting the Marquee Chanel for cubs & blackhawks games either.. We'll Now i have all of them & xfinity was charging me for an extra cable box that I didnt have & he took that off my bill. He was great & such a wonderful help. I'll be going back to exchange my BF's cable boxes & internet because those are all old too. Yesterday I spent 20 min. On the phone trying to speak to a human, the automated crap is so annoying- after finally getting someone & speaking to them for 45 min with no Help for issue I just hung up. This place in burbank & all the workers are Awesome.. ?”

“I visited T-Mobile's store in Countryside, IL with my Samsung Galaxy 813. I had unknowingly changed my PIN, and was locked out of my phone. There was no way to unlock it, so I had to purchase a new Galaxy 816. My sales representative, Mercedes, was very patient and helpful, as she took me through the process of purchasing and activating my new phone. I could not be anymore satisfied with her service and will continue to visit your store for any needs that may arise in the future. Thank you so much!”

“Just yesterday I stopped here and signed on for T-Mobile's internet service. As a satisfied customer of T-Mobile's cell phone service, I decided I would probably like their internet plans as well, so I signed up. They configured the equipment for me immediately in the store, I took it home, and I started setting it up last night. Except for adding a printer to my home network, I am almost finished with everything else. I have connectivity again with the Internet, my smart TV can stream shows, and all my Roku channels are available as well. I immediately cancelled service from my other Internet service provider. I had been waiting for over a month for nonfunctioning equipment to be replaced, and then was receiving other nonfunctioning equipment! No one in their tech support could provide dependable advice, so I cancelled their service yesterday, and then went to the Palos Heights T-Mobile Store to add them as my internet service provider. Finally!

“I went to have fiber installed in a new second home near our family. Wireless customers are supposed to get a monthly discount on new fiber installation. I was denied because our existing wireless service is registered at a different address. I reminded them about AT&Ts pledge that existing and new customers are treated the same. Tiffany assisted me. She understood my point and persisted in pursuing my claim until I was satisfied. Tiffany was an excellent customer advocate who is experienced and knowledgeable. What could have been a bad experience became positive. Thank you Tiffany!!”

“Yesterday I came in to finance a phone and staff Liz and Janley did a tremendous job of helping me. I wasn’t able to do what I wanted but, Liz made sure I didn’t leave the store disappointed. I don’t know where this stigma comes from that this store only helps Hispanics, but whatever was said it’s false. I was shown the same respect and help just as the other Hispanics who I was in there with. I left around 9 and they closed at 8. Liz and a gentleman waited patiently until the phone I wanted was set up and ready to go for me. Any other T mobile would’ve kicked me out or refuse to help like they have done me before. I had an amazing experience at this T mobile and I will be going to this one from now on. So if you’re Black , White , Blue , Green , Asian, Hispanic, I promise you they don’t care. there here to satisfy their customers. This store did just that. THANK YOU JANLEY AND LIZZZZ.”

“I kind of think these bad experiences at this location are coming from the customer side. Whenever I go to this location, Erica, Anthony, and the others always go above and beyond to provide me with a good experience, including, staying after hours to make sure everyone was taken care of properly. Yes, they do try and "sell", but that LITERALLY their job. But, they always do it in a professional manner and exercise a level of compassion toward the customer. For lack of better terms, the crew there has some finesse. I've been here MULTIPLE times with MULTIPLE issues, and they ALWAYS make sure my problem is solved and taken care of. Quite frankly, that team deserves raises. They actually know what us customer service, a rarity in today's world.”
