“The manager Melanie was very helpful; I have actually been dealing with her since she was in the Chicago area and just follow her wherever she goes. Her customer service and relatability are amazing and I appreciate that as a consumer. I came in to switch phones and left very satisfied. I've been in sales before, so the goal is always to try and upsell but with her it felt more like she was finding products to fit my needs oppose to product pushing. Did I leave with more than I asked for, YES lol. But am I happy and satisfied with it, YES! if you need anything from T-Mobile and you are in the Crestwood area please visit Melonye.”

“I went to have fiber installed in a new second home near our family. Wireless customers are supposed to get a monthly discount on new fiber installation. I was denied because our existing wireless service is registered at a different address. I reminded them about AT&Ts pledge that existing and new customers are treated the same. Tiffany assisted me. She understood my point and persisted in pursuing my claim until I was satisfied. Tiffany was an excellent customer advocate who is experienced and knowledgeable. What could have been a bad experience became positive. Thank you Tiffany!!”
