Gave a coupon worth $10 but they only took $1 off. They fixed it, but they had to take the coupon box into an office to retrieve the coupon. If they would have scanned it instead of entering it's value manually then it would have been fine.

Its like every other Petsmart, they have EVERYTHING!! No public restroom though? Come on!! What is that? What sort of giant retailer doesnt have facilities? What we supposed to? Crap our selves?
