  David did my nails and pedicure today. He took his time and did an amazing job. I was very happy with my service and I recommend Hot NAILS because their sanitation is on point. The salon is very very clean. I also received for Neil Designs.

  I’ve been a regular customer at Hot Nails and usually enjoy my visits. However, today was an unpleasant experience. My feet were burning, and when I checked, I found a large cut on the side and bottom of my foot. The technician was too rough with the scraper, causing this injury. I’m truly disappointed and hope Hot Nails will address this issue and offer some form of compensation for the skin damage. If not, I may have to reconsider returning in the future.

  Terrible experience. I told my tech I was getting married and she rushed through the entire thing. She first told me she couldn't do powder, okay that's fine, I can do gel.. I showed her a clear picture, multiple times, that showed gems on the two ring fingers. She jumped out of her chair so fast and said I was finished after just the polish.. no gems. So I asked her "what about the gems??" And she shook her head no and said "no, you should have said something". Totally disappointed. I could tell the man who checked me out felt bad as I was tearing up. I'm stuck with nails I don't like for my special day because she wanted to rush through to get to other customers.

  Came with my friend to get a pedicure. The person doing my friends nails was so rude from the beginning. I’m pretty sure she was the owner. She rushed to do her toes did a terrible job. Stopped in the middle of the pedicure to go wax someone’s eyebrows?. Once she finished we asked if she could sit and wait for me to be done so we can go to the dryers together. She refused and said no. The place was empty and no one was waiting for the chair. Will not be coming back.

  C.A. does my nails and she does amazing work! She is professional and helps you pick colors. She also fixed chipped polished before I actually used her for a service, and that’s why I came back to her. She’s kind and quick, I’m not sure what the other technicians do, but she has it going on. Book her, but not when I need to schedule lol.

  Went there to get no chip on my nails and it turned out perfectly. Went back to another tech and they accused the previous tech of using powder, which I’m 200% sure she didn’t. The new nail tech acted like she couldn’t soak off the no chip and insisted on using an electric file. I couldn’t tell how bad it was until I seen my nails in the natural light. When I confronted them about the outcome , I was told this was the only way to get the no chip off. Will not be going back. I wish there was a way to post pictures of there finished work. Absolutely horrible

  Got here at 12:07 and I didnt leave until 1:43pm and all I got was a basic pedicure! It sucks bc they were so nice but the service was slow and sooo bad. She spent the first hour just prepping my toes. Kinda pointless considering how bad she painted them. Also, she kept hitting my skin with the drill and nail file. Its such a shame bc you can tell the man that works there cares a lot but I cant believe I paid $35 for it to look like a child painted my toes...Look at my pinky toe.. I know its small but she literally painted my skin to make it look like my nail!!

  Took over an hour and half to get a simple no chip. Very slow service and not good quality. The man took absolutely forever, I would assume lack of expierence. Then the lady rushed through my design and one finger looked completely different than the other. Left there super annoyed.

  I am only writing this review for all the people who recently have been displaced from their normal salon…… just don’t go here. Left just like this. The other hands are my husband. This is a “finished manicure” His nails left dirty. I have never in my life walked out a salon.
