Trying to speak to someone is impossible. They have been bought out numerous times. The only reason why I do not close my accounts is because I moved.

Call center is awful. Unable to get anyhelp from them. During the switch from Seaway to Self Help CU, I was never sent a debit card, and my old card was deactivated. The fake apologies given, and i was told i had to wait 10 business days, and the wait even longer for a pin. So much for easy access to your money.

I have questions about opening a joint account. You can not speak to a living human with these phone numbers listed. Either automated, you have to already know the name of a banker not just a department, or leave a message and get a call rerurned in 24 hours! Truly sad. Guess I will take my business elsewhere.
