I absolutely love this place. Yvonne, the owner, is more like a family member than a clerk behind a counter. Everyone who walks through the door seems to know her, and even if you’re new, she treats you with the same warmth and friendliness. It’s rare to find a business where you feel genuinely welcomed every single time, but this is one of them.
Whether I’m shipping something, picking up supplies, or just stopping in, the service is always fast, helpful, and done with a smile. Parcels Plus Express & Gifts is the kind of local business every community needs.

“I came in with an insurmountable problem. The cashier tried her best to help, to no avail. The store manager jumped in and did everything possible to solve the problem. She truly went above and beyond to help me.
I asked to speak with her manager about how fantastic she was, and she said she was the manager.
I feel certain you want to acknowledge her excellence.”
“I sent a test document to see a final product before large print order. The team member helped me organize the pages and reviewed how the final product would look. She identified the best format for me to use and found a coupon. This was one of many things I had to take care of for my mother's funeral. I left the store feeling much better than when I came in. Made me go to the win big $1 bins and found some good xmas decorations. The cashier signed me up for the rewards and I saved money on additional purchase. The print job was ready by noon the next day. All the team members at the store was courteous and helpful.”

“Thank you so much for acknowledging. I also would like to add that I was at their store recently regarding a package that was left at the dental place next door. The guy was so willing to help even after the store hours and i really appreciate that. Then there was another guy who came later that also assisted with my wound supplies. My legs were on fire and I hoped that the dental place returned the package, but they could not find it at all. Thank you to those two guys that went above and beyond. I wasn’t able to get my meds and wound supplies but their actions show that they really cared. I appreciate that so much. I still didnt get the reshipment but im going to keep trying to get a manager at Byram to use a different shipper or if i can. Thank you two so much!! I really appreciate you both! “Though the Tinley Park location is fairly busy throughout the day, whether one goes to pickup a delivery, ship a package, drop off an Amazon return, or get some copies made, one can usually be in and out within 10 minutes or less. Plus, there is always plenty of parking available.”

Unfortunately, his coworker came down with pneumonia and he’s been working nonstop. He’s always pleasant even when the customers are unnecessarily snippy. He’s so professional and gets the job done.”

They are professional, on every level, from the office staff, Operations, Management and Dispatch, and they prioritize making sure that you spend quality time with your family. Hands down it was the best company that I had the pleasure of working with, however I didn’t fully appreciate the opportunity and the people who gave me that opportunity, and so I squandered it. I got to comfortable. And I regret it. I’ve since worked for a few other companies since leaving BriteLogistics, but none of them compared. Trust me, Brite is the best thing going out here, unless you’re an owner operator and doing your own thing. Great place to start and build your driving career.”

“This business is unassuming neighborhood place. Moved back to the area, didn't have my own address so signed up for a box. They send packages as well, you can have copies made too. Had a box a few years, moved out of the area, cancelled my mailbox. Even though I contacted all vendors and people that would mail me anything, some continued to show up at Lockbox. Since not a huge corporate place Jackie called me when a wedding invitation showed up more than 1 month after I was no longer a customer. That's great customer service, thanks to Jackie.. If you're in the area and looking for a mailbox with a street address not a PO BOX, I highly recommend.”

“Ruth at FedEx deserves far more recognition than she gets. I genuinely drive over 25 minutes just to come to this location because of the exceptional service she provides. After dealing with multiple FedEx locations in Orland Park, Mokena, and other surrounding areas where customer service has been disappointing, frustrating, and often unprofessional, Ruth is a breath of fresh air.
She consistently goes above and beyond for every customer who walks through the door. She is patient, knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about making sure things are done correctly. No matter how busy it gets, she takes the time to help, answer questions, and ensure everyone leaves satisfied.
Honestly, FedEx is incredibly lucky to have someone like Ruth. She sets the standard for what customer service should be. If she is the manager, it makes complete sense because she runs things exceptionally well. If she isn’t, she should be. She deserves a raise, recognition, and appreciation for everything she does.
