This was my first time using a storage facility. I reached out to a couple for pricing but they were higher than I could afford. I walked into SmartStop and was greeted by Eric. Eric was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. The price was affordable and i even received the promotional price which was even better. He made me feel at ease with storing my belongings. I had to make a couple of nearby runs and couldn’t make it back until after the facility closed. Eric waited for me to return. Great customer service and I appreciate his help and assistance. I would recommend SmartStop for storage.
