Very bad customer service! I called to ask them about car prices and they hung up on me; female representative! My friend had gotten a car from them and I wanted to get my first from this place but I’m reconsidering because of how rude the woman was to me. Wouldn’t recommend at all!

I went to see an 08 CRV and at first everything seemed great. Showed me the car and it looked good. I turned it on and noticed there was a loud noise coming from the muffler/exhaust system which was a little alarming. The salesman assured me it was nothing big and something was just loose and that it would be fixed before I left it i decided to purchase the vehicle. We agreed on a price and I decided to test drive it. It drove well, however you can still hear the noise coming from the exhaust system. During the test drive he called his boss to see if they would be able to fix the exhaust today or tomorrow and to my surprise he said they would be able to do it today, but it would be an extra 500 wow. I was shocked and immediately felt like this was a shady move and felt like a money grab to squeeze as much money from me as they could. I informed him we agreed on 9k with the exhaust being fixed, as he did say it was an easy fix. I told him that changing the price, once we agreed on it was unethical and just not okay with me. I informed him I would purchase the car, if he agreed to the purchase price and fixed the exhaust like we agreed on earlier. Well I guess it wasn't as easy of a fix as he thought because he said, "the boss said no" because they needed 500 to fix it. Well since they couldn't honor the original deal I decided to leave without purchasing the car. Definitely look into other vehicles and car dealerships from a more reputable business that takes pride in their business and doesn't practice shady business moves. Good luck to anyone who decides to do business with Source One Auto Sales.

The owner "mistakenly" told me the car I was interested in was listed at $6500 instead of $5600. At first I thought it was just a mistake, but there is no excuse for a $1000 mistake in favor of a car dealer, unless they are dishonest.

Celestino and his employee went out of their way to get me in my new work van I saw his post on marketplace and asked a couple questions after we drove 150 miles to check it out it was even better than I expected being a 20 year old machine they know how to pick excellent cars and trucks to sell on his lot I highly recommend source one auto to anyone looking for a good deal on quality vehicles!!!!!

This guys have good cars for sale in house mechanics so any problem with the car they resolve it. Also they give you good warranties. In house financing.

I live in wisco and drove 4 hours to buy my truck. Very satisfied for first 2k miles before i found out my heat didnt work. I did a coolant flush and found out that Source one auto put "stop leak" in the coolant to fix the head gaskets! Bought a 2004 silverado for $4,000 and just put $3,000 into fixing the head gaskets. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Steve A., it sucks that this happened to you. He sweet talked me also into giving the project to him, he appeared to be a good contractor who understood what I wanted. That was so so wrong, not the case! His true colors burst out in full colors of nastiness after his first payment. Source One Properties (Imad Shehade) is a horrible contractor! He will cheat, ignore, and yell at you. The work that he did for my house was horrible; I hired another contractor to correct Imad's errors and to complete the job. My family and I are devastated, the money that he took and the horrible work in return left us with our mouths wide open. He didn't complete any quality work! It's horrible to read what he did to your wife. I did notice that he tried to handle me but tried a different approach with my husband. I had to put him in his place often in regards to the way he was speaking to me or yelling at me. He messed up everything in our house, his workers were not professional at all. I started to feel they had a problem with working for him, it showed in the sloppy work they did on our house.
