My good friend recommended them after my trucks Transmission broke down 3 hours from Chicago on my drive back home to Texas.
They were very honest, direct, and fare. They understood my situation and that I needed to get back to work ASAP, so they worked fast and had my truck ready in 2 days!
I drove it home to texas fully loaded with a family of 5, my dog, luggage, and a cooler filled with 18 frozen Beggars Pizzas.
I won't lie, I drove it hard so I can make it back to work.
It worked and handled great!

“Found JNJ Complete Auto Repair while I was searching for a local shop to go to for a second opinion on some work that was being recommended to me.
The customer service that the shop has is amazing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating which made my choice of wanting to bring my vehicle here that much easier.
Oscar was also very helpful with looking at my car at the initial drop off and letting me know that the things that a previous shop had recommended may not be needed, and they ended up not being needed just like he said. Oscar and his team look out for the customer which is much appreciated.

The car needed four new brake lines plus pads and roaders and that was only a start. They gave me a quote that was three hundred dollars less than the other auto shop that I took my car to. “I have an 07 Mitsubishi Outlander that was having challenges with shifting gears and moving forward. The transmission would not change gears, and it would stop moving after a few feet. My suv had a transmission leak , in which all of the transmission fluid came out, (among other transmission related issues) and a radiator leak also. So after researching and seeing the great reviews at M & D, I decided to have my car towed there from the city to get it assessed and repaired at M and D…. Despite not going there before for any car repair services. It was the best decision I made for my car. “I’ve had some issues with suspension in my Audi. My car spent there 4 days but those guys fixed any problem I’ve had and found some more that other shops did not (they stated it’s ok). Prices were reasonable , every repair was consulted with me beforehand. Very good communication with the shop. They recommended additional service and did bot try to upsell me when declined.”

“This is the best car repair shop in the area. The owner is very kind and understanding. They had changed the seat belt in my Nissan (purchased original Nissan part too) for a half price comparing to the dealer. Reading reviews I was surprised there were complaints about communication. I never had that problem - when I told the owner that I had only one day to make any repairs and I can't leave my car in a shop, they had ordered new tires and called me after couple of hours when the tires had arrived so I can bring my car back to change my tires. They also had changed oil in my car very quickly when I was waiting with my autistic son the other day. They are good, honest people.”
“I moved to this area in 2010. Great neighborhood. Not long after my daughters were stranded in our Jeep because of a transmission issue. Searching I found Turbine Automatic Transmission Service.
Not knowing what type of company this was I had the Jeep towed to Turbine.
What a GREAT company. I was very lucky. Greg was so honest with what he found and so reasonable.
I met Greg when I came to pick up the car. Very warm and a man of God. We hit it off right away.
When my daughters bought used cars of their own, they take it to Greg to have it checked and see if it is worth the price and if there are any repairs that will need to be done.
I know it's hard sometimes to say thank you but we have to keep good businesses in our neighborhoods.
