I had an amazing experience. I was greeted quickly by a very kind and passionate associate. Kayla W rocks she was able to help me with my billing issues super fast. She is super friendly and attentive. Thank you and I will definitely be staying with Verizon.

NOT A AUTHORIZED VERIZON DEALER. CAME HERE SEVERAL MONTHS AGO TO SET MY NEW APPLE PLUS 15 PHONE AND HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS EVER SENSE. ALL KIND OF HACKING ISSUED TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE ON MY PHONE THAT SHOULD NOT BE AND IT STARTED MORE WHEN I CAME TO THIS LOCATION. SO DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND MAKE THE EFFORT AND TRY AN AUTHORIZED DEALER NOT THIS PLACE.

Great staff that goes over and beyond to resolve any issues. Mike spent 35 minutes with me troubleshooting my phone and when it wasn't possible, he found the best promotion for me to upgrade. I appreciated his patience and the assistance from the mgr and other staff. Even the security there makes you feel welcomed and comfortable

Verizon service and hospitality while setting things up was outstanding. Representatives were all friendly and Kayla was very helpful and patient as she worked with me to set everything up.The quality of service was excellent from start to finish! Far surpassed my expectations!

I visited Verizon after mistakenly deleting numerous needed files. I was expecting to wait a long time.And then go through a long process of trying to fix. Davion got right on the problem. He was friendly and quick and more importantly got back what I needed. Great experience.Dan Gbur

The team here at Verizon was so helpful. I had a horrible experience with my previous carrier and the amazing customer service that the Verizon team provided really helped me through a super frustrating experience that I was having with my previous carrier. They took the time (and I’m talking literally hours) to assist me with the transfer and the issues I was having. Caleigh and Marquis were so helpful and I am just so grateful that they were there to help me out. Thank you so much!

I was helped to by Marquis. This guy is the reason I won't go to any other Verizon store! Marquis is SUPER BUSY always! But, he never lets a customer come through the door without greeting them. When he was helping me, I felt like I had his undivided attention (even though he was doing a million other things as well). He's kind, courteous, knowledgeable and just pleasant! If you are a Verizon customer and need help, this is the place to go!

They close at 7 on Thursdays. I get they lock the door at 6 but that does not warrent them refusing to unlock the door for 20 minutes. They saw us standing there and did not let us in. Once they did they were incredibly rude and practically acted like we were unwelcome. We are paying customers. This was the first time I've been to this location.
