This Walgreens pharmacy is so inept, i’m wondering if they are licensed. On Friday morning the veterans clinic of Oaklawn called in a prescription, i called walgreens pharmacy shortly there after and they pharmacy said no prescription exist in my name, Saturday i called and asked the same, the pharmacy again said no prescription exist. i sent a secure message to my Doctor at the Va explaining that the prescription wasn’t sent from them the Va. Today the 10th The Doctor called and said Walgreens pharmacy told them that they put the prescription in the wrong name. I called back to walgreens and they said yes it was available but they walgreens don’t honor the Va Insurance. Diabetes meds over 200$ How ever all the illegals get free medications from walgreens but a honorably discharged veteran medicine is not covered . walgreens obviously hate Veterens but love them some illegals. i frequented walgreens however over this me and all my family members agree never to shop walgreens ever again. Ed

NO BLOOD PRESSURE TEST at this location. Website indicates it is a service offered by pharmacy. The service offered is to purchase a blood pressure test kit. Other than that this has been a pretty good pharmacy for us.

I wish there was a way to leave a review with zero stars because this pharmacy for sure doesn't even deserve 1 star.
They shouldn't even be in business they are so bad.
No care about patients whatsoever!
You can complain to the pharmacy, the store manager (who pretends not to know how bad they are but really? You are the store manager and you never read all the terrible reviews? I've even complained to the main corporate number and while they agree not much was done about it.
The story is personal and too long to post but I will say their failure and complete lack of care about getting a guy his medications filled in a timely manner after cancer surgery was the icing on the cake.
This particular case is being investigated by surgeons and an attorney at the moment so hopefully the rude blonde, the awful pharmacist and the Hispanic who has to clean her nails before waiting on the customers will all be taken care of and no one else has to suffer at their hands again.

Needed item in baby dept. Asked pharmacist and she just told me anything and sent me off searching for item. Whelp... item not in store per cashier. What! He stated the pharmacy is a separate intitity from store and has no idea what is on shelves. Okay.... So why is she misleading people and raising their time????? Who by the way had a nasty attitude upon me entering the store. Karma kicked in when he had to check me out and I said I was going on YELP to do a review. Location with rude employees: 13501 Cicero, Crestwood IL. I've gone here on several occasions and it's the same vibe. Employees appear as if you wasting their time.

Me and my fiancé have been using this pharmacy, my fiancé has been for the past 24 years, since he was 6 years old. Over the years the customer service has declined tremendously. My fiancé takes a medication not covered by insurance, and was using a discount card. First he was told OUT OF NO WHERE that he can’t use a discount card because he has Medicaid, which doesn’t cover his prescription. Then we called customer service and they said basically the pharmacists can make up any crazy rules they want. No then when he called to cancel his prescription, he was told that they take no discount cards at all. This is the ONLY Walgreens in the area that has this policy. We are beyond disappointed. I work in pharmacy as well so I will be taking care of our whole family’s prescriptions with my wonderful team. Our entire family will never step foot in this pharmacy again.

When someone gets out of bed to run and grab a few things and get to the door 12 minutes before closing: the doors are locked and no one is visible. Other cars pull in the lot and I have to stand there and tell them that no is in the store. Do better!

Neighborhood drug stores are not the same as the days of grandma. I am thankful and appreciative for Walgreens; always in and out leaving with just what I need. Allergies were acting up and while waiting for my prescription, I took a look at all of the pretty things for Memorial Day. Which could definitely double for July 4th.

Management needs to stop people from coming in and asking customers for money. It happens at the register all the time. As soon as the cashier gives you your change, someone comes up and asks if you have any spare money. So annoying.

I ordered a few items from Walgreens to accompany my food order. Much appreciation to the DoorDash drivers with assisting customers to obtain items separate from our food orders, the convenience factor alone speaks volume as to how accommodating the DoorDash drivers are. Thank you!

The reason for the 2stars on 2/10/2022, I went here to get second covid vaccine it cause me a lot of problems the young man that gave me the shot on that afternoon at 12pm he was very nice and intelligent but need more education in giving shot he first of all give me my shot close to my shoulder secondly I blood and yes he apologized. But now I'm suffering massive pains down my arms and underneath armpit. I pray that it's nothing damaged on my left arm.
