Our family needed to replace a car that was totaled in a traffic crash. Vehicle was as described online. Negotiation was easy and all the vehicle concerns were taken care of before driving off the lot by their mechanic . If you know what you are looking for and need a solid used car these guys were awesome!!! Highly recommended, In and out in no time.

Wife and I went in to look for a cheap economical car and came out with a great Kia Soul! V and Ashar were amazing and I know there’s hesitancy in small dealers but these guys were very flexible and patient. Very smooth process and made sure car was ready to go! Definitely recommend at least for a look if you’re looking for a car!

Please don't buy from these people! They sold me a car with a rusted out frame! And I'm gonna have to sue this corporation if they don't make it right! They knew this frame was rotten they just sent that problem to me which I have suffered ever since I brought this car it would be in there best interest to get in touch with me as I am suing for a new car and damages! And I have a 99% chance of winning 30k! My lawyer told me to reach out to group 1 automotive and see what they can do cause if he has too! It's not gonna be good! This car had a bAd frame structure damage! I paid money to fix it when the car was to never been sold! Especially without disclosure of damage! Now they done closed the dealership!

They're super kind and respectful. I bought a car about a month ago and it ran really nice, but out of nowhere it began leaking engine oil. I had to tow the car back to them where they fixed the issue free of charge. When I went to pick up the car, the kind mechanic told me exactly what he repaired and that he cleaned the oil from underneath the car. It’s now back and running as it was when I first ran it. I was even offered a free oil change when needed. Great experience overall! <3

I rated five stars and I should have rated one star. I purchased the van three years ago and only rode it six times. Nothing but problems it runs good put underneath the van is totally rusted. Like the van been sitting in water . Need work done underneath

Bought a car from them almost 2 weeks ago and while I was driving the car just went limb. It started sputtering and couldn’t accelerate and check engine light came on. They clear the codes.

We stopped by today to check on a car that was listed and we were greeted right away on arrival. I let him know the car that we wanted they brought it out and I gave it a quick test drive. Everything was good and so they helped get the paperwork ready and everything went by smoothly and quickly. I had a good experience and I ended up buying a car.
