I had an appt for 8am. I was 10 minutes late, there were a lot of signs around, no truck, and weight restrictions. Use the truck navigator. Google maps will take you the shortest route to the no truck sign. Check-in is near door B. They gave me the door right away and unloaded a full trailer in 30 minutes. Thanks guys!

Had an appointment here and even had the correct confirmation number. Still was told wrong confirmation number and finally got unloaded 4 hours later.

Very nice people, fast unloading (20 minutes for my 7 skids), working till midnight, good parking, clean restroom and huge driver waiting area with nice TV.
