We purchased the property a year ago and the Generac was included.
The previous owners did provide some information on the services performed.
After a year of operation it was time to have the unit serviced.
Based on the reviews I contacted GTI and they updated their schedule to a morning service call from an afternoon appointment.
I did a video call with my wife and was able get answers to my questions of concerns as she watched the process happen.
A control sensor was bad creating potential damage to the battery.
The service and repairs were completed and I plan to use this service team in the future.

During a recent and extended power outage, my generator was running for approximately 18 hours. I noticed it was leaking oil. I called generator Technologies, this was a Friday afternoon so I didn't expect anyone to come out until the following week. I received a call about 45 minutes later that a technician would be at my house shortly. Approximately 10 minutes before he showed up the power came back on but my generator still had to be repaired.
The technician resolved the issue check the generator over thoroughly cleaned up the oil mess checked all connections Etc.
Generator Technologies and their technicians are great to do business with, and respond very quickly I greatly appreciate their assistance and expertise.

I can't say enough about the service I received from them. I've never used them before but I will always use them from here on out. I was lucky enough to have them out at my house 1 hour after making a call. It was literally 1 day before freezing weather was hitting along with snow and I had a huge problem with no electric at my house caused by my older generator. They got me up and running to make it thru the weather and had me completely fixed not long after. Great company and great people you can count on.

What an excellent company! From the consultation to the estimate to today's install - perfectly flawless. In addition to the knowledge of all the technicians, they were the nicest group of guys we've ever had work at our home. They are efficient and extremely courteous. When they were done, Rick and Steve took plenty of time to walk us through everything we need to know about the generator and how it works. When they were done, there was not one piece of debris left behind. We can't recommend this firm enough. And, we don't want to forget to compliment the office staff - they have the same attitude towards professionalism and customer service!

They just finished installing the 14 kw generator. Excellent job both techs were excellent and extremely competent. If you’re looking for a company to provide a generator look no further. When you call you are always greeted by a person not a machine. The techs were on time and completed job in 3.5 hours.

These guys have been so incredibly professional! Stephanie has been my main point of contact, and she has just gone above and beyond to make sure everything is prepared for our install! I talked to a few companies, and it was a no brainer to work with Generator Technologies! I'll update my review after install to let you all know how that went, but if the pre-install customer service is any indication, I'm sure the install will be top notch!

Just had our Generac generator installed today! 2 months before the expected date! Stephanie was great the entire process & our 2 installers were very professional & knowledgeable made sure we were comfortable with everything- couldn’t be happier! Had a great experience working with this company last Friday. Stephanie was very helpful when I called after my generator went down. She said that although they were a little backed up, she would keep my order on her desk just in case a tech gets back early in the next few days. At 3.00PM that same day she called to tell me somebody was available to come over. Aaron was our tech. Great guy. He explained every thing he was doing, and couldn't have been more thorough. I highly recommend this company. They fixed my problem on the day I called. Very friendly and professional from start to finish.
