Bought some towels for a gift. Didn't have all pieces in stock, but Customer Service did check and called other stores for me. The pieces were put on hold. I purchased what was in stock at the location I was at and went to the other store the following day to get the missing sizes. Thankful was able to get all the towels to make a nice gift set. Happy with The Customer Service's professionalism and friendliness.

The Kohl’s in Crete is a fantastic store to shop at. It’s clean, organized and friendly staff. Deb, the cashier that helped me, was awesome. Showed me tricks on the kohl’s app that I didn’t even know. She saved me money and I really appreciate it.

wanted to appreciate an employee, Myra, who helped me find something and took the time to actually go the back to show me where it was. Simple things like that might be nothing to some, but to others, it meant more than I can say. Thank you Myra(hope I spelled the name right :)

Illy and Annette are wonderful sales associates. I live in Chicago but shop at the Kohls in Crete Il just for the kindness, hospitality, and the smiles.
