“I received a letter in the mail from Steve regarding auto insurance and initially brushed it off because I had never heard of Erie Insurance. Then Liberty Mutual raised my premium up sky high and I had to shop for another company and went back to the letter from Steve and reached out to him. He promptly returned my call and went to work on my quote. Not only did he save me money on auto and renter's insurance, he made sure I had more coverage than I had with Liberty Mutual. Steve was a pleasure to work with very patient and though. So glad I kept that letter and made the call.”
“Great staff and always helpful. This review has nothing to do with them. But State Farm is no where near the company it used to be.
My wife was involved in two car accidents in a twelve month period. One was hitting a curb on a foggy night blowing a tire and doing some damage. No other vehicle was involved. The second was an at fault accident which resulted in the air bags going off... State farm totaled the vehicle.
After having State Farm on and off for 30 years they chose to not renew our auto policys. We now have better coverage with Progressive for less money.
We also canceled all our remaining policys with State Farm, those are now insured with Auto Owners.”
“If I could give more than 5 stars I would.We were with a competitor for years, and we were a little anxious switching our insurance needs over to State Farm. However, if we could have done it sooner, we would have as Jesus and team are the epitome of customer service. We don't feel like customers there; we feel like family.When we initially switched, Jesus walked us through the process and made sure we knew everything and were comfortable in our decision. He never once made it feel like he was being pushy as he gave us time to make our decisions and followed-up at our pace.Unfortunately, we had to use Jesus's office after an incident and Maricela was so helpful with everything and eased our fears and made sure we were taken care of properly. She truly made us feel like we were a priority and not just another client.As a follow-up to that incident, Rosario went the extra mile and did some research and gave us the information we needed moving forward. She also related our experience to her own and it shows this office doesn't have that "faceless corporation" feel.If anyone asks me for a recommendation for an agent, I always, without hesitation, let them know that Jesus and his team are the best! Not only do they care about their clients, but also Jesus gives back to the community and genuinely cares about others.”
