If I can give this postal office 0 stars I would. Darla D. is unprofessional and rude. Post office opened at 8:30 and how is someone already in a bad mood. My experience there was awful and don’t recommend anyone going to her.

I sent out a one next day delivery.
The worker wanted me to seal the envelope...I said I rather she do it.
I told her I have a hard time seeing, need my glasses. She sighed looked upset. I asked her is there a problem. She said they don't package only as a courtesy. I said i always have them do it for me, she said not me.
And she said it was not hard.
Well I was not lying I have a hard time seeing where to peel tape,where to fold for crease.
I suggest they post it then....that they do not package.
That would be helpful for customer to know.
I thought it was part of thier job to help with things like that.
Anyway I did not appreciate the complaining.
I will be finding another post office to go to. I don't need to deal with this stress over a tape and crease.
If they do it as courtesy then obviously she is telling me she did not want to be courteous.
Ridiculous.
I say post you do not package.
So customers know.
This is to make the manager aware to post it. And people know. And that way you don't loose buisness over minute things,trivial things.
Or rethink the rules and require them to help with little things like that. Either way there are two suggestions from me.

Went in today for passport appointment with incorrect birth certificate and said I could run home and grab it and be back in 15 minutes. They told me they couldn’t take my appointment at all that day. It was noon. Extremely rude.

Was treated like garbage by D.D , I am not sure what her problem is. Everytime I come in there she's got an attitude, never listenes to anything I have to say about my package, if I say priority mail, she ignores me and puts something else. if there is a small mistake she gets angry and smacks the counter. She has overcharged me multiple times by guessing the package dimensions when I have to tell her it is different, and when I do I get a serious attitude. She makes my experience at the post office horrible every time when I am there. I am going to go out of my way to make sure I don't see her anymore because she is unprofessional and was talking trash under her breath about other customers and her coworkers.

Every time i order a purse it somehow comes up missing but, states it was delivered. The mail lady usually delivers packages to the doorstep but, everytime it is something expensive she claims to have left it in the mailbox and it is never there. She has even fraudulently signed for me and spelled my name incorrectly. I complained to the post master and they stated i would be able to pick up packages directly at the office yet they have failed to hold them there. By far the worst service ever. I know the lady is stealing from me but, cannot prove it. It’s a very sad situation

I have gone for years to this post office and have enjoyed talking to the girls at the reception desk .Recently had a very distasteful and unpleasant experience she was rude, very slow and shoved the amazon box in my face. When i told the post master about my experience and demonstrated how impolite she was, she lied through her teeth saying she had not shoved the box in my face .It is a shame that Dawn And Sue who worked for years and were always pleasant are no longer there and have retired. The new hires and management is so sub par and way below the standard that we were accustomed too. I hope they improve there skills and learn better customer service. if I could give a negative rating I surly would.

My mail came in ripped open , someone cut the side of the envelope to look for money or something luckily I know none was sent in there just a letter. Big problem.

We are so fortunate to have this Post Office staff in our community! Our carrier Sue is phenomenal. I think our dogs like her more than us. The deliveries are on time, and we often get a call to make sure a delivery that is time sensitive was made from the local Postmaster. If I could rate them higher than Google's five stars, I would.

I’ve had several different mail men and women over the years. My favorite is Anthony, but if he’s on vacation whoever is on the route is always pleasant also.

D.D. & Sue were so helpful and phenomenal this morning when we stopped in to get our daughters passport. They were so kind and accommodating with us through this process!
