“I cannot say enough good things about Water's Edge! Our family acquired a Koi pond in a move, and we were very overwhlemed at first. Carolyn has helped us every step of the way! The guys who come out to open, clean, and close the ponds are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable too! I love that they offer pond seminars a few times a year to help beginners learn the basics of pond care. They carry pond supplies in their store, as well as: home decor, garden decor, holiday decor, womens clothing and accessories, gifts, and more! Whenever I go in store for pond supplies, I always walk out for with something cute for my house too! ? We really appreciate Carolyn the rest of her hardworking staff!”

“read about a basement sale, thought I'd stop in. bunch of quirky used fixtures and such in the back and checked out the front of the store, chock full of doo dads, what nots and such and such. nice assortment of stylish and artsy stationery items with the modern woman in mind. staff was welcoming, greeted me and asked to help. told the young lady I was looking for "cute stuff" (from their advertising slogan) and we shared a laugh. nice little spot to browse and find what you're not looking for.”

“I bought an amazing moonstone ring from Claudia at a fair in the summer last year and she was so kind and helpful in giving suggestions and even holding the ring for me when I asked her to so I could come back and buy it. Months later I had to reach out to her for care of the ring and she was honestly such an amazing owner and designerand she helped me through and through. Buy her jewelry, it’s gorgeous, so comfortable and completely unique and she is just an all around wonderful person and shop owner. I fully support Luketti and will be buying more this summer. ”

The CNT team had me send them back and consistently communicated with me about how they could best adjust them to my liking. “I would have given 5 stars but the dressing room clerk had a totally inappropriate altercation with a customer (not part of my party). Management handled the disgruntled customer appropriately, but not the employee. The employee continued to use profanity and loudly state that she would not apologize to the customer.”

We stopped to get one fit and found so many wonderful things! Definitely a must shop for anybody in the neighborhood!!”

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting we received and the helpfulness of the staff in addressing our inquiries. It was a relief to find the specific shoe my grandson had been searching for, especially since it was so hard to find elsewhere. Their inventory of popular name brand items was impressive and reasonably priced, making it a go-to spot for trendy kidz fashion. We will certainly be returning for our shopping needs in the future and highly recommend paying them a visit. Side note: the store smells amazing, which added an extra touch to the overall wonderful experience.”

“I love to give credit where credit is due. Snipes put me through a ringer trying to get a refund for some shoes I purchased that were to small. What looked like an unfulfilled circumstance, turned into joy with the help of the awesome store manager Brittney! She was communicating with the back office about my refund, sending emails, and keeping me updated on the process of making sure I got my money back! She even said out of her own mouth that if they take any loner producing my return she will refund me out of her own pocket! Top tier customer support and I can't thank her enough! I purchased what was in stock at the location I was at and went to the other store the following day to get the missing sizes. Thankful was able to get all the towels to make a nice gift set.
