Absolute ass dude. Food has never been on time literally ever, currently waiting for a pizza that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago, the cook asked what we were waiting for, we said a pizza, and she proceeded to not make the pizza and go stick the back freezer instead. Cashier had to make it and said “max 6 minutes” but we’ll see

The younger kids that work here need to GET OFF THEIR PHONES and do their job. Little black haired girl working on Christmas day needs to be let go. She has no customer service expirence and treats people like dogs. Bring the normal people back. She is the appitamy of what not to be..... and again on 12-27-24 little black haired girl CANNOT GET OFF HER PHONE. Get real employees please

First time ordering pizza here and it was better than any of the local pizza parlors. Absolutely delicious and heaped with loads of toppings. Will definitely be back!

Ordered a pizza and they out sourced my order to door dash which was fine. Then over an hour later still no one picked up my order on door dash so I went to the store to get my pizza instead. Wanted them to cancel the order and I’d pay for it in store. She said she did that and so I payed for it in store. She never canceled my order so I payed over $40 for one pizza. Thanks Casey’s, and I can tell you don’t do anything about things like this happening from the reviews and nothing has changed. Hope your million dollar business enjoyed taking my $40 instead of the $16 the pizza was suppose to be.

I ordered online a chicken sandwich it came as a bun n chicken nothing like the photo in the app that shows lettuce and tomato on it. So I went to the store after ordering delivery to ask what’s the deal with the sandwich being meat n a bun only. Left because customers behind me were getting pissed…. The employee calls the cops stating I threw the sandwich at her which never happened. Place is a joke the employees are pathetic and incompetent will cops on ya with a made up story if ya return your order.

Can't say Casey's is bad but the help not addressing 2 customers in a row is unacceptable I did ask if they could speak the response I got back was yeah but I don't want to I wanna eat my sandwich in peace in the back room

Every time I go in to the store the cooler is never stocked!!! Should just put a door into the cooler for customers to walk in and get what they need!Thought stocking was part of the job!!!!!I spend over 150.00 a week there. Guess I'll go to the dollar store more. What a joke, convenient store? LmfaoGuess talking on there phones and messaging is more important.
