They have had my equipment since March of 2021 and promised several times to come finish the repairs on my 2 arcade games. We are now at the point they will not return phone calls or messages but still have my monitor and drive for my game

Jeff and Diane were some of my first contacts in the arcade scene almost 10 years ago now and they've always been helpful, happy to answer questions, and lend a hand. Their service charges have always been reasonable, timely, and got the job done. I still have every cabinet I've ever purchased from them and they're all still going strong.

In my personal opinion, these people purchase items from eBay or china and then reship them to buyers. They don't return calls and don't respond to emails.How is this company even in business? I ordered a board 10 days ago and it's still being fulfilled? 10 days. They have blocked my number now. Might be making an in-person trip to Illinois this week!

I normally dont write reviews but with a 2nd purchase from Arcade Adventures being just as bad as the 1st, I figured it was time. This recent purchase was NOT shipped for almsot 2 weeks after we placed and paid for the order. We emailed them on day 7 to see when the order will be shipped. NO response. We waited a few more days and still received NO response. We called on Day 10 and NO answer so we left a message. We had a similiar experience with the 1st purchase but figured we would give them another chance. Never a single returned email or call. After doing some research and looking at other Reviews on other sites, this seems to be a common thing with them. How do they stay in business?

I bought a satans hollow cabaret from Jeff and he also delivered a dig dug from about an hour out of his way from a sale not involved with AA. Both games were delivered working and really fast. Thanks Jeff! Would recommend for future business.

Hacks. I purchased a Wells Gardner chassis from them. It took them a week to even get it shipped. When I received the item it wasn't even the right one. They used a stock image so I thought I was getting the one in the picture. I thought adventures were supposed to be a positive experience.

Not always the greatest communication, but they are willing to bargain somewhat (and meet at the warehouse at a specified time). Seems like they have a little bit of everything, you almost have to fumble through their stock to see what they have (or ask, they might have it).
